"19)if u leave your car outside your apartment, someone will hit it or steal it "

I found the missions to be a chore. Go do this, go do that. I felt like a slave.
I wanna see them remove the missions completely and let the player just goof around stealing cars. Go back to basics.
Have a place to sell the cars and let the player save the cash to buy stuff like apartments (if they feel like it).
But ultimately the folks walking around need to be far more interesting to help make goofing around more fun. For example - have more var...
Nvidia should make a console. They could totally crush Sony and MS.
Developing for Home is still a mystery. Sony needs to make the process much more transparent if they want third parties to create spaces.
cute!
Do people enjoy trailers?.
I don't mind if they give a peak of the graphics. But if it's CGI then I can't help but wonder "What's the freaking point?"
Some guy spent a week of his life making that trailer and it was as informative and as entertaining as a fart from my ass.
I'm indifferent. There doesn't seem to be anything particularly special about it. Nice big landscape with some AI characters sprinkled across it. I've only played it briefly though.
So far it's been about wandering around scavenging for ammo in order to continue wandering around scavenging for ammo.
It looks like the HUD of an F16.
"bogey inbound!"
I have high hopes for Home. I think the success of Home comes down to how easy the development tools are for third parties to use and how simple it is to submit new content and spaces.
Too much red tape could kill enthusiasm from third parties. Sony alone can't make Home interesting.
Announcing a game too soon can result in people becoming bored of a game before it's even released. This happened with Spore. Initially I was very interested in Spore but eventually became bored with the concept. I've still not seen the final game.
Sometimes you want to watch a movie on impulse and you don't want to have to wait for it to arrive in the post.
Also, many movies don't rely heavily on special effects. BluRay quality isn't needed when watching something like Sleepless in Seatle.
I think the success of BitTorrent shows that many people would rather watch a low quality movie today than wait for a high quality version to arrive in the post.
BitTorrent isn't all theiving cheapskate pi...
I totally agree. Too many games these days want to make you work.
I was happily playing Bioshock and some dude asked me to take some photos for him. It was clearly one of those "Be my little slave or you can't go further in the game." moments.
So I didn't go further..
I loved the Mirrors Edge demo, but after reading mixed reviews and people complaining about the game being short, I decided to rent it instead.
I was also caught out by the Pure demo. The demo was gorgeous, but after buying the full game I realized that there was only six tracks. To be fair though, they was very high quality tracks.
It's definitely a great achievement and I'm glad it got the great reviews.
I personally would prefer less movie and more game. But that's just a matter of opinion. I can see the movie aspect appealing to many people. But for me, if I want to watch a movie then I go watch a movie. It's clear that Rockstar likes to touch people on an emotional level with their "games". and this isn't easy to do without cut scenes.
It looks like OldLively
I bought Unreal Tournament 3 the other day and I'm very impressed and depressed all at the same time. I'm depressed that such a beautiful game has been neglected by the PC gaming community. All the servers are empty. :(
I'm now gonna go look to see if any of the Gears 2 artists worked on UT3.
nice!
Looks like something you'd buy in Toys'R'Us for a 3 year old.
Possibly the most fugliest thing I've ever seen. I'm honestly wondering if somebody is just having a laugh.
Apple are trying to protect its customers. Too much jiggling could break the iphone.
Well of course people get bored without missions because the game is quite shallow without them. What I'm saying is that if they make the GTA citizens more interesting then you'll have fun interacting with them.
We've all had fun just messing around in GTA, but it quickly becomes boring because the AI and the responses soon becomes predictable. It doesn't have to be like that.
