yep, every screenshot I've seen of Killzone looks the same.
I don't think they're understanding that it's all about variety. COD4 was a journey through cool and varied environments and all the shooting and crap was just something to do along the way.
Projectors produce a faint image. I have a top of the range Espon HD projector but I've gone back to using a LCD TV. Simply because of the brightness.

The PC version has notoriously slow loading times and no way to change the screen resolution from 1024x768.
The PC version should be the best version. But it's not always the case. I was going to buy the PC version of Pure but it turned out crap compared to the PS3 version.
and despite the higher resolutions etc - performance of PC games tend to be much more unpredictable
Why don't they call Vista Service Pack 2 and give it us for free?

If people also don't like Windows 7 then MS will tell us that they've secretly been working on Windows 8 behind the scenes and will release that a few months later.
It's win win for Microsoft because whenever people don't like their new OS then it becomes an opportunity to resell it again with a new name.
So they'll be hoping that we all totally hate Windows 7. haha

How can you listen to your opinion when you've not bought the game yet?.
Listening to your own opinion can prove to be very expensive. People listen to games reviewers so then they don't waste their hard earned money on crap.
Just one bad review doesn't mean it's a crap game. Several bad reviews do.

Microsoft are hurting themselves with the XBox 360. Because of the 360 it's becoming difficult to justify buying a PC for gaming and therefore many people are happy to buy a cute mac these days for their internet browsing etc.
The only reason the PC and windows became so successful is because people wanted to play the state of the art games. But developers of games are now turning towards the consoles.
Apple must love the XBox 360.

That's enough to put me off. Bioshock had tons of praise and yet when I finally played it I lost interest the moment some dude locked in a room asked me to track back and forth taking photos.

I play games for fun and to enjoy the artwork. I shouldn't have to work to be entertained.

Sometimes developers run out of cash, other times they run out of enthusiasm. For example - some original games are good in theory but in reality they just don't work. Developers start to realize this late in development and start to lose interest and want to get the thing out the door rather than waste even more of their cash on coders wages.
Many coders and artists aren't really concerned about the final product and don't get a share of the royalties. They could be working on '...
I already have it on the PS3 and I'm gonna buy it for the PC provided the frame rate is okay.
It's widely known that PC users prefer mouse. Also, the PS3 was a little too pixelated for my liking. And the filter that was applied to the PS3 version tends to make things look a little murky.
I've not played the PS3 version since hearing about the PC version. So I'm looking forward to completing the missions and then having fun online at a resolution of 1920x1080.

PS3 can only use 6 of the 8 cores for games.
