I want to pay to watch movies online but at the moment they're still appearing on BitTorrent based sites long before they're available on DVD or 'pay per view' services like iTunes.
and when a movie becomes available for DVD rental it doesn't mean you can actually rent it. There's often several weeks wait while demand drops.
Studios have got to get their stuff on the web ASAP if they want to reduce piracy. At the moment they're giving pirates a valid excuse to n...
it looks clunky..
looks nice!
Well Edge has my support. I don't rate Killzone at all. The demo doesn't disappoint because I've never had high expectations of Killzone. I honestly couldn't see what all the fuss was about. Somebody could've posted a picture of a gray turd with a two glowing red lights sticking out of it and the kids would've been in a frenzy of how the turd was the most amazing turd they had ever seen.
It's all just abturd. err.. absurd!.
No auto aim=torture.
Zeevious says: "The average lamp life is 4,000-5,000 hours..."
That's an exageration.
@Zeevious: I use a high quality projector screen at the correct distance. and both my 720p and 1080p projectors were setup correctly.
Rather than argue over numbers I'll just say that my LCD TV produces a far superior image than my 1080p projector.
But still, if playing games with friends then I'll still use my projector as it means we can all sit back and enjoy a large screen image. But if alone then I always use the TV. The smaller screen size of the TV doesn'...
Pennywise is correct. Projectors aren't even close to the brightness of a LCD TV.
I used a 720p projector and later upgraded to a 1080p projector. One day I just happened to try using a 32" LCD TV with my computer and haven't gone back to using a projector since. Projectors don't compare to the image quality of a modern TV. Using a TV you get 5x the brightness and colors are far more vivid.
Projectors literally pale in comparison.
Also, a projector bulb lasts approx 5 months and that's running it in economy mode with a low brightness. So...
When we can rent PC games like the console gamers then there'll be far fewer pirates. Gamers want to show their support, but $50 for a game that we might not even like?. Yeah right...
The industry has to stop being greedy and meet us halfway or gamers will glady visit places like piratebay and not feel the slightest twinge of guilt.
Not another cloudy skybox with a space ship in the middle..
It's very pretty. Designing and building something so slim is expensive in itself. As you can see from the manufacturers that have tried to create an iphone killer, it clearly isn't easy..
I'm guessing Apple aren't afraid to design and manufacture their own components. While other manufacturers use off the shelf parts and end up with something that looks generic.
Still no SLI support?
I'm gonna make a "Hello world" app!
CUNT!!
oops! I accidentally typed a swear word on N4G.
* blushes *
He deserves a thump in the head for bad acting..
It's the scenery that's the art. You just have to look beyond the virtual bad guys with the guns.
I do it all the time, I kill the punks and then stand around admiring the pretty scenery. :)
For me it's no different than admiring a painting on a wall.
I think Sony are aliens from another planet with a plan to take over the Earth.. Then again who cares but thought I'd point it out..
Not to mention you could argue that they're just another company trying to make some cash. but whatever..
from the article: "NVIDIA makes bad 1980s porn spring to life."
99% of 1980s porn was recorded in 2D and so will never spring to life.
Put your 3D tissues away, boys.
It's just another fps game.
