There were rumours of a new game as well as the WiiU port. Plus they have followed up on Twitter with a postbsaying "who is Ben Saxon?" Sounds like a legit new title. Guess weve only a week to find out.

They confirmed it was up to the devs/publishers. Which probably means every EA game will be DRMd up to the eyeballs.
OT super excited for E3. What I want from Nintendo is something amazing that I dont know or suspect. Eg whilst Retro revealing Metroid would be amazing, its something a lot of people have long suspected. Would also really love to see GTAV getting announced. The gamepad would be amazing in that game as shown by Lego City which is an awesome game.
Totally agree. I reckon they are waiting and seeing the impact on MS b4 making a solid decision.
On the plus side it's not going to be forced, however I can see this bein the same strategy Microsoft takes.
Whatever Retro is working on has to be at e3 this year after skipping last year. I have a hunch that they are working on morw than 1 game. Fingers crossed my hunch comes true. 9 days to go.
I almost did the same thing playing portal 2. Ran into a wall thinking it was a door and got stuck in the floor. As I did so the game autosaved over all previous progress. I was 2 levels from the end.
I controlled my rage after half an hour of realising I was never gonna get out of the damn hole. Reset the game 5 times and then gave up and traded it in. I thought about starting again from the start but was too angry to face it.

Surely retailers can give a small chunk of their mark up to the devs and publishers. They make a fair profit off them as it is.
My WiiU doesn't have any DRM... I've already bought 3 used games for it. I didn't need any Twitter campaign for this to happen. For the love of gaming I hope Nintendo wins this gen.
PES U please since FIFA isnt coming. Clearly their E3 will be dominated by Phantom Pain and Ground Zeroes though.
Lets be honest he could do a game very similar to Conker with a different protaganist. The beauty of Conker was the mischief and humour and the brilliant Hollywood Spoofs like Saving Private Ryan and The Matrix.
This guy could easily do a spiritual successor without using the Conker brand or anything owned by Rare.
This would be minute 1 never mind day 1 for me if it was something along those lines.

I just hope they capture the magic from the mega drive games. Sonic 2 with coop play was one of my all time favourite gaming memories alongside Christmas day with goldeneye on n64.
Generations is the closest they have gotten so far but lets be honest thats because it was a reiteration more or less.
Fingers crossed Sega finally nails another great Sonic game.

To be honest that would be a great idea for Nintendo. Make lets play vids less appealing then add video playback capabilities to Miiverse.
@yugo I wasnt hating on Nintendo btw just pointing out that ps4 will have this feature as standard and its actually a cool idea albeit 1 that Nintendo could easily emulate with their existing software without the need for a special button.

I agree with you. 1 thing I would say though is that I think people should redefine what it means to win a generation. Eg PS3 is gonna just beat 360 this gen in terms of sales but has it been successful? Hell no, it has cost Sony a fortune. Has it got the best games of this gen? Id say yes but if it hasnt made Sony money its a luxury they cant afford.
