They are a business at the end of the day. A combined install base of 163 million vs 3 million, makes it a clever decision. Bringing watch dogs, ac4 and splinter cell more than makes up for it.
Also the Rayman challenge app is a great apology. Long may their support continue.
What I find odd is that Nintendo were clearly aware of this image when they released the system so one would have thought they would do everything they could to get away from the image that the Wii gave them. Instead for the second time in their console history they kept the name of the predecessor.
I still love my WiiU but even just calling it the Nintendo U would have been better.
Agree with red dead and Zelda, they would be awesome movies. A GTA movie could be awesome as well if they gave it to scorcese.

Pretty sure noone is in any doubt what EA thinks of Nintendo. They would never come out in a press conference and say "we dont like Nintendo" but lets be honest they have more or less have done so in the past week.
One thing is for sure they have now got an unprecedented relationship with Nintendo...
I dont think women get less because they pay less but the rest of your post is spot on.
There are many factors to consider with gender equality including my points above. When women have children they will in general be off for a long time whixh impacts on promotion prospects etc. I would seriously doubt that in this day and age people pay women less because of sex. Its society and circumstance which has led to this gender divide.
If only there was some kind of way gamers could share conent with each other over the Nintendo network with a simple press of a button...I dont know some kind of "share" button, thatd be sweet.
In all seriousness I dont see an issue with the big N taking money from people making videos of their games. Its the same deal as musicians getting royalties when their songs get played on the radio
I did Games Tech at Uni, we had 1 girl in our class of 50. Its a male orientated industry, women are welcome but because gamers are stereotypically male this has driven the current state of gender equality in the industry.
I genuinely dont think there is any sexism, its just that there are more men interested in a career in the gaming industry.
To be fair to the industry, I think they are right to be panning Nintendo atm for the state WiiU is in. I am a Nintendo fanboy but the amount of games out after the launch titles has been embarassing.
That being said, to say it is doomed is very premature and we will see how it goes when the big games come out over the next few months.
I disagree that they havent had a good week. They have had a fairly mixed week. EA have panned them but then the Sonic exclusivity is a big deal.
I think you've taken that too far. No way Sonic would marry Mario plus Mario is taken already by Princess Peach even though she's a total pain in the arse and clearly is having quickies with Bowser behind his back. No way she can get "captured" that many times without reporting him to the police. They are clearly at it.
How can we work it so that Mario has a weird blue hedgehog for a cosin. Then they can make a super mario family (instead of bros) game.

I don't understand why GT games have no/crap damage. Its the 1 thing that annoys me about the series. GT3 was the reason I got a PS2 though. Will probably pick this up, maybe wait till GT7 on PS4. Bit surprised at the lack of improvement from game to game from Polyphony. Given the quality of opposition I expected more.
That being said, this is likely a day 1 for me.
I have to say Id rather have Deadpool than any of the games you mentioned maybe with the exception of far cry.
I like characters with personality and games with a bit of humour thrown in. Yes its juvenile humour but sue me, its what I enjoy.
It bugs me that crap flamebait doom and gloom articles like this get so much attention, when compared to actual news like Nintendo signing an exclusivity deal with 1 of the biggest franchises in gaming history.

Considering all the fuss about Nintendo not having a conference at e3, this is absolutely genius. Fans can experience E3 in the way fans would want most, to actually play the games. Nintendo's e3 strategy is looking better and better the closer it gets.
I agree. Transformed actually raised the bar for kart racers, so much fun. Lets be honest, no-one does kart racers like Nintendo and they will be well aware they have serious competition especially with lbp karting giving Sony fans a viable alternative.
Fully expect this installment to be epic.
I have to admit Rabbids is a guilty pleasure of mine. I enjoy the games, although the quality seems to get worse with every installment. The first 2 in particular were actually pretty fun party games. Pretty sure Just Dance, whilst being multi-platform, does some ridiculous numbers on the wii so Nintendo has helped Ubisoft become the profitable company they are today. Think about production costs on a game like Just Dance. It will pale into insignificance when compared to big AAA titles like ...
