Red dead redemption for me was the saddest and yet somehow satisfying endings to a game I can remember. John Marsden was a great protagonist and it was somewhat inevitable in a shakesperean kind of way that he was going to die. I think it was more satisfying that a truly epic and great game wasn't milked for all it was worth.

@ 3-4-5 no they wont be developing at all for ps4 as they have cited wiiu's poor install base as the reason for not developing and ps4 has 0 install base atm......oh wait, thats right its cool to bash WiiU but not ps4. Sigh, why cant more devs not be like Ubisoft and support gaming by supporting everything.
TBH I think its too early to say if it's a good move or bad move. They are still holding an event at e3 for journalists, so they still have the chance to write about whatever they bring. Instead of doin a grand scale presentation they are streaming a Nintendo direct for the gaming public, anyone that was interested in Nintendos presser will likely tune in for that so I can't actually see that they have lost their audience.

Given the reported low cost of putting stuff on Eshop, this surely makes it a no brainer for folks making games on IOS/android to port to WiiU. This means the potential library of games coming to eshop is massive. Nice move Nintendo.

I hate the debate about greatest game of the generation. There are so many good games that I find it difficult to compare.
Uncharted 2 and 3 were epic and brilliant. Red dead redemption was amazing, great visuals, great storyline, awesome game. Mario Galaxy was an amazingly fun game. I never played any Bioshock, which I realise is sacrilige, but a lot of the comments and reviews make it sound like a unique and great universe to play in.

Article is a fail, COD will come out for WiiU, it wont sell as well as the other 2(4 if you include next gen) because cod fanboys like to play together.
Dont agree, I played ac on ps3 and wiiu, WiiU version for me was best because WB made really good use of the gamepad. Bundling all the DLC was nice too.
OT its too early to say which versions are going to be best. I'd be surprised to see big differences between XBox/ps4 versions. Clearly WiiU will be downscaled but could end up taking a wee chunk of the pie if devs utilise the gamepad.
For me it'll probably once again come down to who is gonna pay for...
To be fair its obvious the point he was trying to make is that added content should be at the discretion of the game developer/publisher and not the console maker.
Whilst I agree this would be good, I don't think it will ever happen. Ms/Sony need to give people a reason that their consoles are better so will pay good money to 3rd parties, who would be crazy to turn them down, to make their version the better version.
