One way or not, hard-core GTA fans know that the only complete game is on the Xbox 360, no advertising necessary.
So, if any of *those* people havent bought a new console, this will certainly help them choose Xbox 360.

Xbox 360 has a larger install base worldwide.
GTA has traditionally sold very well in the West vs East.
Xbox 360 has an even LARGER part of the Western console install base.
Xbox 360 users buy more video games per-console, per-year than their counterparts.
Xbox 360 does have the ultimate GTAIV experience. Other versions are "incomplete" in a content-sense.

The Clancy series of Games -- the books are pulp mind you :) -- is one of the best new series in gaming. This title shouldnt be anything less than stellar.
I think a lot of people under appreciate just how many great games this series has produced.
Then dont buy them*. The Xbox LIVE Arcade isnt for everyone. But, there are *all kinds* of different experiences to be had. Classics, board-games, puzzles, remakes, new-IP and on and on.
*not that you'd have the ability to purchase or play them anyway...

I think its going to happen. There will be no more Time-Warner-AOL deals, no non-tech firm is going to come along and dive into the search/portal market.
MSN + Yahoo is still a distant 3rd, GOOG needs viable competition, and it needs it now.
I belive that MSFT wants to buy YHOO so they dont have to wait, I think that YHOO needs MSFT more than the other-way-around.

Regarding #4, the story, I think they made a different choice in GeoW.
The characters had vastly more development than most other games. We had far more Man vs. Himself development taking place than in most other games.
