I actually was planning on getting just this one expansion, but now that punkbuster is fked up for BF3 on my computer, I think I will pass.
I know what happend to 2010 AvP, I was one of the loyal fans of the game till it died completely (and I still have it installed on my comp right now)
I tried to like it, but the more I played it the more I saw negative parts of it. The biggest thing that killed that game for me was camera auto lock during combat, it was way too forceful, to the point where if I play as alien or predator my head would go between my legs and arm pit because game couldn't figure out wtf I wa...

Free, as piece of crap quality, graphics with basic CoD gameplay. I rather spend couple bucks and buy CoD1 and 2 and have better experience than that online garbage.
You have to be renting dedicated server to use Matches feature, so other then making custom matches slightly easier to set up and ability to track stats, it brings almost nothing new, as you can do pretty much all those things right now as normal admin on your server.
Still no spectator... still no battle recorder, still no LAN or bots.
I guess there are still gonna be people who gonna get really excited over this.
Quality over quantity... Just because there are shitload of games made with unreal technology, doesn't mean that the engine itself has better visuals. CryEngine could do everything they showed in the Unreal Engine 4, years ago, and that's what the article is all about.
Btw games made on the unreal engine, never look like the demo anyways.

If you are able to hold the resources on the map, and prevent your opponent from expanding, it means you are better player, in which case it doesn't matter how you win, you can either sit there and starve them, or you probably can keep attacking their main and eventually you will also win, because you have more resources coming in faster...

There is not Ghost recon left in this game, its nothing like what ghost recon use to be, and not even close. Its some futuristic third person action game, with a lot of gadgets and gimmicks. That's it. Ghost recon is been dead for a while and its not coming back to life (as itself) any time soon.

Anyways after Crysis 2, I gonna read the reviews and watch a lot of gameplay footage first, because I know they can be saying one thing, but god knows if they know what actually needs to be fixed in that game.
Yeah playing Crysis 2 on the hardest difficulty, i stealth killed 90% of aliens... I got really bored at the end.
