They have? Well that's disappointing. I haven't played a lot of Battlefield games, in fact I've only played Bad Company 1, Bad Company 2 and Battlefield 1943, and my least favorite was Bad Company 2. It got boring after 2 weeks.
Hopefully they change it, I don't want another Bad Company 2 with prettier graphics, more content and bigge...

Gamepads don't work very well on pc. Go and install the motionjoy drivers for your ds3 and play two games like Bioshock and Call of Duty 4 with the ds3 on your pc.
Then after that, go play those two games on a ps3 with a ds3. There is an extremely huge difference. Gamepads are only a viable alternative to consoles on CERTAIN games, and when I say certain, I mean very very few. There are only a few games in which it works PROPERLY.
Co-op campaign would be nice. It sure as hell doesn't need TDM though.

You still have to have one. They may be "free" if you buy the game new, but you still have to have and use it if you want to play online.
And no, they are not just as optional. With online passes, I am forced to either purchase new or pay a fee to pay for what's ALREADY ON THE DISC. Map packs do not come pre-loaded on the disc.

Getting into a game takes less than a minute the majority of the time, and if I want to play with all my friends who have it, then I'll download the map packs off their account.
Not defending MW, but those map packs are completely OPTIONAL, and there are plenty of maps already included in the games at launch anyways (like 15+ usually).

Crysis running on medium settings looks bland and ugly, and plenty of games across multiple platforms look better than that crap.
And games like KZ3 could very well look better to some people, as "looking better" than another game isn't exclusive to having the highest anti-aliasing or technical tricks. Ever hear of a thing called art style?
Yeah, a game like Crysis 2 on pc may have higher res textures than a games such as Bioshock, Folklore, Ok...

MGS3 Subsistence was MUCH better than MGS4 in my opinion. MGS3 had mystery, while MGS4 story was mostly politics/war never changes (blahblah)/disappointing mystery dashing elements (finding out Vamp regenerates with lame ass nano bots instead of simply leaving it to the imagination was disappointing for me). MGS3 had mystery and wonder, while MGS4 simply tried to boringly explain everything away.
There were a few parts of the MGS4 story that I liked. I did like the 4 chick...

I teared up as soon as I played Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer.
All of this depends on the context. If you are trying to score yourself a gamer chick, then sure, make her think she is special and never correct her whenever she is blatantly wrong (but don't get pissed if she corrects you), try to keep the conversations a little bit more mature, etc.

They didn't take away OUR features (well, besides otherOS that is), but they did take away features from THE ps3.

I'm a BIG fan of Resistance, and I'm buying it for the multiplayer alone. I'm sure single player will be great too, and I will play it, but multiplayer is my top priority when it comes to Resistance. Resistance is also my favorite shooter too.
So no, you don't have to want the story to be a Resistance fan.
