Yeah, that would be nice, but I think people would just abuse it and give their friends free copies of a game and the devs might lose out on sales.
Already have I2, SR2, and LBP2, but it's nice to have digital versions of them so whenever I want to play them, I can just run them off of the hard drive instead of wearing out my bluray laser. Plus, it allows me to be lazier and not have to get up to switch discs :)
Watch dogs looked pretty damned good. Hopefully the majority of the game makes use of those hacking tactics to kill, rather than the majority of the game being just a third person shooter.
It's the fact that out of nowhere, he just posted that, implying negative connotations. So what if it's a clone (rip off makes it sound cheap and crappy, which we don't know if it will be or not yet)?
If it does everything super smash brothers does except with Sony characters, then it will be an amazing game. Every game is a "rip off" or a clone of something else, and I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if Super smash brothers was as well.

That's not really up to you to decide for other people though. In Resistance 3, you were alone like half the time, and when you weren't, your comrades died pretty fast and very easily.

It could just end up being drop in drop out co-op like Resistance 3, where none of the game is actually based around co-op itself and nothing is built around it, but the option is there if you want it.

Vita seems pretty cool right now, but it doesn't have the amount of AAA games it needs to become the "best handheld ever" just quite yet. Give it a few years though, and it definitely has that possibility.
I thought RE5s co-op was pretty great. Probably the most fun co-op game I've played other than Borderlands.
And if you're talking about Ratchet and Clank All 4 One, well you can't really force co-op into a game whose entire existence was based on the fact that insomniac specifically wanted to create a co-op centric game. As far as I can tell based on what reviewers say about it and what I've seen, with or without co-op, All 4 One would have been sh*t regardl...

Oh yeah. Saved my ME3 save file after the game froze and it got corrupted. Had already put about 30 hours into it when that happened and I hadn't finished the game just yet, and when I started the game back up after it had crashed, there was no "load game" option, it was gone.
I use PS+ for all my 20+ hour games now.

I love Resistance, and I deny it. Resistance Fall of Man had a fantastic campaign AND a fantastic multiplayer. Resistance 3 only had a fantastic campaign, plus, it was shorter than Resistance Fall of Mans campaign.
R3s multiplayer was okay, but it was kind of average. Unfortunately for the MP, they went the CoD route, which was disappointing, and they also reduced the player count and map size by a lot.
There are plenty of great games out there. Yeah there's a lot of crap, but there's also a lot of good games. Just because the majority of them aren't great, doesn't mean "games suck now". It just means the industry is growing. With growth, you are definitely going to see more crap from different companies trying to get a slice of the pie by creating crappy games, but most of those companies never made anything great to begin with.

Lol, of course they're trying to make money. I'm siding with Epic on this one, so whatever pressure Epic is putting on Sony and Microsoft, then I'm all for it if it means a more powerful console. It means better games for everyone. No longer will things like "60fps and 1080p" be rare features. Video games wont have to sacrifice things like framerate for beautiful textures.
But you're right, Epic isn't saying this for Sony and Microsofts benef...

Because it took up WAAAAAAYYYY too much of the conference and overstayed its welcome. A simple 2 minute trailer would have sufficed, but instead, we get about 10+ minutes of a painfully boring and akward gameplay demo that nobody except mothers who are looking to get their 3 year olds to play games cares about.
Almost anything else would have been better. How about some Last Guardian footag...
