as for my last comment on this whole debacle. I think PS3 owners are happy enough that the graphics are JUST AS GOOD as the other versions. That's the MINIMUM the gamers could ask for.
I think so many people are burned with The Orange box being the glitchy low frame rate mess that it was.
At least this time, a great game like Bioshock isn't watered down by a half @$$ attempt.

Polish and Insomniac go hand and hand. Just look at Ratchet & Clank Quest For Booty. A downloadable PSN game with just as much or more polish than the first iteration.
R2 no doubt, will be so polished to a mirror shine.

Well what can you say about PS3 owners? Those poor saps are going to have to play games like Resistance 2 with 60player online, 8 player co-op, and ughhh games like Killzone 2 with 16vs16 player online with graphics that look like single player. Poor poor PS3 owners.

I'm sorry but in my opinion I'd rather have R2 and KZ2 than the exploited Counterstrike Source Zombie mod using that outdated engine. If I wanted to play Left4Dead, i'll just load up my CS:Source and play 30 vs 30 player co-op all day long. L4D is just a sad excuse to milk something that people's been playing for years.

I wouldn't feel sorry for the 360. There's Gears 2 and Fable 2 which are gauranteed hits! 9.5/10 for each.

Wipeout HD, the first True 1920x1080 @60fps resolution PSN/PS3 game to shut up the naysayers saying 1080p isn't possible. Well, it's possible and this is the proof. Not only that, it still retains extremely high resolution textures and detail.

But I agree, the leap from R1 to R2 is pretty drastic in ALL areas. I even notice that they way the crosshair moves in R2 is smoother and has a slight acceleration similar to COD4, opposed to the weird instant motion of R1.
Then the graphics, has plenty of color, variations, smoothness, especially the in-game cutscenes which looks phenomenal and has excellent voice syncing.
Then...
Screw the single game of the year awards. Because MGS4, LBP, and R2 is all game of the year for their respective genres for me.
