Motorstorm was one of the great PS3 franchises, it was a racing game that was designed to be fun. DriveClub suffered from an identity crisis in that it was an arcade racer as well as a real race simulator. There were some ambitious social racing ideas which were ahead of their time, now they ironically live on in rival game Forza Horizon. A real shame but I would love to see a new Motorstorm debut on PS5.
On my phone I saw "PS Plus February 2019"
I honestly think N4G should ban these predictions. It's nothing but unsubstantiated clickbait.
In the reveal trailer Ghosts of Tsushima looks incredible and authentically Japanese.
@rdgneoz3 there’s no need for anyone to be pedantic I meant publisher which is Sony. It is Sony’s Japanese staff and other Japanese experts who provide the world authenticity.
Sucker Punch ‘partnered with experts in various fields to thoroughly research life in 13th Century Tsushima, while speaking to fellow developers in Japanese studios "who could give us advice ...
So a white American IGN presenter feels he can tell a Japanese developer with a substantially Japanese workforce that their game may be inauthenticly Japanese?!! These ‘journalists’ have no self-awareness or sense of their own entitlement. No wonder gamers are losing faith in them.
"After doing a bit of detective work and looking around other dark corners of the internet, such as Reddit, we have came to the conclusion..."
All the 'juicy details' come from Reddit fan theories!
And people say exclusives don’t matter!
This was a console launch exclusive to Xbox. PS4 release came later and generally sales will be affected if delayed. Switch has become a good platform for indie and portable gaming so Thimbleweed Park likely found an audience there.
I think that's ground enough for Sony to sue.
Imagine if you were a gamer who was looking forward to the release of both Sea of Thieves and Fallout '76.
PSVR has carved out a niche for itself that is almost separate from the PS4 that's required to play it! I would say that PSVR has been a winner in 2018, albeit on a smaller scale. The huge price reductions got it into the hands of a lot more people meaning there are so many more gamers who have experienced VR and can see its potential which is great news for ALL VR products.
Also, there have been quite a few cracking titles that really demonstrate how great virtual rea...
I'd love a single player adventure.
I followed the link to Shack News and I like the look of the article as it seems an in-depth piece on the history of Lara Croft. I will try and read it tomorrow on the train.
Polygon get a simple list - and still find a way to ruin it!
What they have done is for every month create a mean average of scores (get all the scores add them together and divide them by the number of games). But this just gives a figure that has no relation to anything.
March has a mediocre score of 69.7 so you would thing it had some mediocre games? No. That was the golden month that Sony gave away Bloodborne and Ratchet & Clank - both games were critically...
August 2017.
I have many fond memories of playing Halo: CE split-screen with mates so this will be a welcome returned to a trademark feature of the game. I wasn't excited with the Halo 5 hype, but i'm quietly hoping Halo Reach will be great.
A member of GRcade has played 1341 hours in Destiny!
I wonder if anybody has played a single game for longer than that?

@aconnellan For beta testers. It was used on staff and public.
That made me chuckle!
I think it’s more probable that PlayStation will get one than not - but on PS5.
There is a difference!
DLC normally is additional content that expands the original play experience, such as characters or level packs. These are a once only purchase.
Microtransactions are often smaller type of transactions, and they most commonly are of a consumable nature, for example a weapon or boost that has a finite amount of usage. Upon expiry it would need to be purchased again. Microtransactions are commonly associated with a play-to-win title...
