I think it's very unlikely this will happen. Traditionally Nintendo have only ever released one Kart game per console and the games tend to have a long shelf life. The Wii U version is relatively new (less than a year) it looks great in HD and is still having extra content released as DLC. I think it will be a long wait until the NX so just try and enjoy 8 and become an expert at it!

I've been looking forward to Uncharted 4 for a very long time and all the previews reveal such promise. Of course no one wants to wait longer, but if the developers need more time to make sure the game has that triple-A polish then that's fine by me.
I'm really glad this game is coming West. I've been watching a few people play on PS4 and it looks a lot of fun - I really hope there is an option to play with the original Japanese voice track.
Quantum Break strikes me as being designed to be cinematic and perhaps the developers saw the reaction to The Order 1886 and want to learn from the criticisms it received.

Personally I'd love to see a Final Fantasy XII remake. It was the last FF for PS2. It had some fantastic character and costume designs (Fran!) and I loved the feel of the game. I started playing it on my PS3 but compatibility issues meant I couldn't finish it so it would be so great to revisit this world.
The best way to allow consumers to skip violent or disturbing content is for publishers and retailers to make it crystal clear on packaging and sales displays as to what type of content is contained in the game. In this way the consumer can make a choice to not buy it.
Suspend/Resume will be good for me when I'm right in the middle of a fight or something and HAVE to stop. But I'm actually excited about the deleting trophies with zero percent. I've tried too many games that within minutes I knew were not for me. Wiping them from my record will increase my completion ratio.
Same here! I used to play GoldenEye, Mario Kart 64 and Diddy Kong Racing a lot with a gang of mates. Not much of that happening now :(

@Wupon. Exactly this. Whilst there are a lot of VR products in development there will only be one available to the PlayStation 4 userbase. It's quite likely that the Steam VR & Oculus headsets will be top spec devices for PC, but as long as the VR experience on other platforms is not significantly better, than they won't impact Morpheus potential to sell.
Brilliant news that it has a release date of half 1 2016. Now it's more than just a concept, it's a real tangible product that will be available to the mass market to buy. Sony have used their time since the GDC reveal last year to do what they did with the PS4, listen to developers, respond to their feedback and improve the specs. I've been dreaming of VR for a long time and I can't wait to use it in my home. Virtual Reality will have a big impact on gaming.

DLC makes more sense then a sequel! But Sony haven't said anything about any yet, when most games are trying to flog you a season pass before the main product has even been released.
In GTA V hearing phone conversations through the DualShock 4 is pretty cool. It just makes the game seem that much more immediate. It's little touches like this and force feedback that bring you more into the game.
