Am I crazy or didn't I see like 5 resident evil games on the service yesterday?
Currently they are different of course.
If GP took away day one releases, PS Plus would be the clear winner.
If they both released everything day 1, PS Plus would be the clear winner.
It's a good thing they aren't exactly the same, because it's only the differences in place that let GP look like such a huge advantage in the first place. "First party day one, just don't tell anyone we haven't released a game in a year"
Everything Xbox does releases on PC, why waste money on a console for one game?
"I don't like gaming on PC" plug the controller in, plug the PC into your TV, and boom, you don't even know the difference aside from your multiplayer suddenly becoming free

How much time, obscure? They haven't released a damn thing worth talking about since the first half of the 360 era. Do we need 15 more years for them to get sorted? Maybe by the the Series XXXX we can get a game that isn't Halo/Forza from one of their 33 studios.
Man, obscure is such an ms simp that they probably never have to release another game again and he'd be happy jerking it into the series X's disc slot for the rest of his life. To each their own I guess

You can thank the gamers and all their wisdom for it, because back when Sony was all about pro consumerism, and Ms was as anti consumer as it gets (ps360 era,) Sony bled money until they were barely a fraction of what they were one gen previous. Cross gen gaming isn't an issue, but Isarai is right, it's a little asinine that we only have like 3 actual PS5 games (and essentially 0 series x games,) after all this time. Regardless of what the future holds, it doesn't change how weak that is.

Yawn, of course they don't put them on gp for free, they do put them on there for a loss though. Considering you're such an unbiased fan of good games that should be a concern of yours, seeing how much of the industry would bend to accommodate a service like gp, changing the priorities of the dev cycle in order to continue to maximize profits even though no one's actually *buying* their game.
