Who cares about the acronym, the way he used it in a sentence was obvious he wasn't talking about "GPU's", it wasn't even plural

How are people not getting the fact that he's completely trolling?

They've been on the way since the 360 era. If we're lucky they'll show up for the next Xbox console

What if you own the disc but everything else about the game, ie the patches and dlc, are accessed from steam, and they've blocked all access?

1299d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

What happens when your disc craps out?
I'm kind of tired of people thinking physical means you're set for life. Digital does last longer than physical if you exercise common sense and don't trust scummy companies like Activision, ea, Bethesda, etc.

Anytime someone tries to take more money from your wallet than they deserve, it should be "insulting" to anyone who isn't a complete f*cking simped out idiot.

Btw, geniuses, there's a difference between "it's a general insult to consumers as a whole" and "I'm iNsULtEd!!" I never even said I personally was insulted in the first place you dumbas*es 🤣🤣

Oh man you caught me, I'm balling my eyes out, over a game I don't even like no less! Honestly, you should just quit reading into the tone of text on here, because it's not helping you see reality. Even though it would be an over reaction to see someone screaming and crying the words out loud in public, it is perfectly fine however to simply and calmly call a spade a spade.

In the meantime though, blow your money. Help them confirm that they ...

Speak for yourself. As a "Sony guy" I find TLOU remake to be an insult to consumers

Are you using big devs creating their own engines as an example of why indies wouldn't use ue5? That's a false equivalency, it costs far more to make your own engine than it does to rent another.

If you're thinking indies can't afford UE5, then they definitely can't afford to create an engine either. (That's even assuming UE5 has the same pricing structure as past iterations. UE5 is priced more competitively so epic can make more money off of it tha...

Everyone doubting probably doesn't get that by news game plus 5, your character is a god that can run through the game in 5 hours without much effort at all. I've cooped through that in an afternoon before many times, safe to say I've beaten the souls games collectively at least 50 times, DS3 15-20 times at least. Elden Ring twice. It's honestly just wayyy too long to endlessly replay like that

I love steelbooks too Eon, but displaying an empty steelbook in my collection would feel retarded

Scrap it and make a game that's actually good instead

I get surprised by people who see a word like "all" or "everyone" and think it means *literally* 100.00% of everyone in question, without question. You gotta learn when to take a word literally and when to generalize the meaning of it

We get it Atom, but we all comprehended what he meant from the get go

The standard should be to not set other people's standards with a release window that is entirely unrealistic. It should also be to not show your game 6 years ahead of time and then have to have 2 years of crunch because people have grown entirely impatient by the piss poor handling of the info that goes public. But now that Ms has them under their wing, the incompetence in each company will only multiply because Ms and Bethesda are both the goats at that garbage in the gaming world

1311d ago 8 agree3 disagreeView comment

There's a difference between creating a game and a concept from scratch, and remaking a better looking copy of said hard work. That said, it's objectively not worth $70

1313d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

They aren't gonna find a way to magically turn a PS5 game into a PS4 game, but I want some of whatever you're on to even think that

@orchard
Your business understanding is middle school level

If I had to pick, I'd take Sony's first party a year after release compared to Ms releasing barely a first party game per year. And that's if I decided to buy 0 games all year (as you all know, orchard and obscure pretend it would break their bank accounts entirely to God forbid buy a single game in their life,) I can't imagine not being able to afford to buy ms's paltry offerings, I...
