@darth go on the PS app on mobile and you can add that collection to your library right now, just to ensure you can't miss out on the games

Party chat was locked behind a paywall this entire time on xbox? I never knew that and as cool as it is that they're changing it for the better, but it's honestly crazy that it was ever locked behind that wall to begin with.

Muting yourself is not what this article is talking about, as you guys said everyone knew of that function already. What you both don't know is if you long press the button you mute your tv

That's set to happen during the summer firmware update 👌

That's not the feature the article is talking about. If you long press that button, it mutes everything, including your tv

When has Microsoft brought down the price of proprietary external drives? Maybe like once since the 360 released? Anyone counting on that isn't gonna get far. And really though, what does future sku's have to do with people getting stuck with the current, lackluster iteration of the series s? If it gets an SSD size bump in a year, cool. But that does nothing for everyone buying them right now (including you.)

@Darth external drives? If you buy one tiny terabyte of microsoft external memory, you just paid the same price as a Series X altogether. The same price for 1/3 the power and slower ram, what a bargain. The icing on the cake is how it'll only hinder game development more and more as time goes on. And honestly, higher capacity future sku's will help the consumers of today 0%. I can see a future where Microsoft cuts the series s lifespan short, not long after the xbox one, locking the e...

@Lego; you're being disagreed with because of the context of this info from ND. They wouldn't boast about cool things to come, while referring to pc ports, that's just obvious. I see it happening eventually, yeah, but that isn't what they're referring to here. Here they are talking about exciting stuff that will be relevant to their fanbase, which is on PlayStation.

Also, regarding the thing about Sony and MS fanboys you've mentioned, there's a ...

@dagr8 literally no one said you owe anyone an explanation. That said, there's a world of difference between understanding a product isn't superior and wanting it anyway, vs not understanding in the first place and feeling slighted when you spend $$ only to end up disappointed.
Moral to the story is, comprehend why people say the things that they say to you (context.)
Second moral to the story.. don't be a twat. *facepalm*

That's cool and all, but I guess the person that asked you why you would get the pulse headset understands that you already own a superior headset, so they were curious what the point is of spending more money on an inferior headset. If you want them, you want them, it's your money. But if you didn't know the quality is not as good as what you already have, then it begs to question if you'd have wanted them in the first place if you did know that instead. Given that context, i...

From what I saw in the digital foundry video, the game had some dark souls level frame rate drops on the OG 4. Considering the 4 uses an 8 year old mid range laptop cpu, the devs definitely worked some magic

There's always more to wait on than there is to play on Xbox

It's ironic you say that, because Sony learned this from Microsoft back in the 360/PS3 era. Sony was very pro consumer back then and they saw their company value drop in the hole, while Microsoft bent it's fan base over and was practically applauded for it.
This practice does suck, but it's the consumers faults for speaking so poorly with their wallets

@crazy
If we were to judge the severity of the "aggressiveness," the series x would be even more aggressive than other already aggressively priced consoles. Everyone is speaking relatively here

There was no snark at all, I know the term "streets ahead" from the show Community, so I was quoting it

@remember. Because it's most likely going to release on PS4 at a later date. Sony owns everything about Demon's Souls. After all, it said PlayStation exclusive, not PS5 exclusive

It's confirmed to be a launch title, but it's okay to be a few streets behind

I'm honestly surprised so many people seem to not have gotten the message accurately on here. It's just a bunch of games you can access for no extra cost beyond having a ps+ subscription. That's it, just a freebie for being subscribed

I think you meant to say "pity" them, Bathyj. Ms reminds me of that meme of the obnoxious guy getting a medal, biting it, spraying everyone with champagne, and then it's revealed that he came in last place

As long as there isn't a high interest rate tacked on to that 2 year contract, then yeah it's a decent deal. I'd be blown away if MS isn't planning on raking in billions off of interest alone though, since people don't often see how much cheaper it is to pay something in full right off the bat
