Bottom line, one game isn't going to improve the X1 hardware and specs. Titanfall is supposed to be an X1 system seller. It's going to move some systems but not millions upon millions. 1 game isn't going to catch X1 up to PS4 system sales. Once the 1 game wears off, what's left? X1 needs to continue to have big games so you can say, buy an X1 so you can play "X, Y, and Z games." Right now, it's "buy an X1 for titanfall..which you can buy on pc and 360."...
I hope it's an RPG. Forza should stick to simulation games, not try to be Need for Speed. There are no RPG games available right now. I'm talking old school turn based RPG's, not like Skyrim or Mass Effect.

Games take years to develop and create. MS announced a lot of exclusives coming out this year. All this article is saying is that theirs another unannounced exclusive coming out this year. How is that bad news?
This is NOTHING like a cell phone plan. Verizon locks you into Verizon for 2 years under a contract. Cancel the contract and pay a huge fee. Live your paying for 24 months of service up front. You can leave when you want, cancel it, whatever you want. Comparing it to a cell phone plan is completely ridiculous. It's more like a magazine subscription where you pay for 12 months up front and then thats it.
Um, yea your wrong. Go look at the price of 1 month Xbox Live subscriptions, then times that by 12. Then look at the price for 12 months straight up. I'll take better gameplay over better graphics anyday. Make TitanFall 1080p but suck to play, see how well the game sells. Borderlands, not a graphically heavy game but the gameplay is excellent and it's a big seller. Skyrim, those graphics are not good, but gameplay is great along with a solid story. I'm a fan of Saints Row games, graphically they are hideous but the game is just stupid fun to play.

Yea, Microsoft really screwed me over. I bought my X1 on launch day and then 3 months later they are selling the same exact system, except it includes a game. How dare they sell the same exact system for slightly cheaper. THIS system is clearly much much better then the one I bought on launch day. This one is so MUCH better.

All he's getting at is that only 1 next gen system allows you to play all 3 of these games on 1 console, the X1. Yes, you can buy a PS4 for Watch Dogs and Destiny, but if you want TitanFall you'll need an X1 (next gen system speaking). I believe the article is next-gen system speaking.
Yikes, let's settle down. The article makes sense. If X1 and PS4 were dead even, wouldn't see a price decrease for a while. Since the PS4 is putting the beat down on, MS responded by lowering the cost and including a free version of one of the most anticipated games for Xbox owners. Usually I associate the word "bundle" with some type of special deal or offering. Like buy all this and save $X.XX. But these bundles that are the same price as buying everything individually makes no sense to me. Maybe people get tricked by this and buy it thinking they are saving money.
Play it for free. Buy it used from CrapStop, play it for 7 days, then return it. I do that with games I'm not sure about. If I like it I'll just buy it new but if I'm on the fence with a game, why not play it first to make sure you like it?
Maybe I'm the only person, but I really could careless if its 1080 or 792. Of course I'd prefer 1080 lol but the game is fun to play and to me that's the selling point for this game.
I got my X1 day one and in no way am I upset/angry about a price cut. The system isn't selling as well as the PS4. Cut the price, increase sales, give a major title game for free, and you'll increase sales. Sales were a joke in January and I doubt February was any better. Price cuts happen. So why does it matter if it's 1 week or 1 year after the system is out? It's still the same system, same specs, same kinect, just cheaper. I got to enjoy my X1 on day one and that's awe...
Wait a minute, EA servers are down? That can't be true! We all know they have the most stable servers to date. I mean, look at Battlefield...not only was it a near perfect launch, but there is almost no lag whatsoever in the game and the servers are always working properly. Heck, even Sim City was a successful launch.
Sarcasm aside, thank god Titanfall isn't using EA's Walmart-like servers.

What about the 2+ million who already bought an X1? Sales seem to indicate that MORE gamers prefer the PS4 over the X1, but that doesn't mean most don't want one. Plenty of PS owners on here said they would buy an X1 if it was cheaper. Everyone that I know that has an X1 is more than happy with it.
Should they release a Kinectless SKU? Yes, unless they seriously start developing for it. Should it be cheaper? No, but the cost should be comparable.

Until companies release relevant new age games, it's not a big deal to me. I'm same way, I pay a subscription to play games online. And you can find great deals on subscription through Amazon and eBay. Plus, you can only rent games on PS, where you can keep them on Xbox.
