Why do people think this is sleazy, stupid, desperate, etc etc? How is it any different if you go to GameStop and trade in a system towards another system? I'm sure GameStop will give you $75 for your PS3. It's just a promotion. Stop being butt hurt over it.
I'll enjoy my 720 while playing Titanfall, Halo, Gears, Fable, Quantum Break, and any other X1 exclusive. I bought the system I think has the best games. Doesnt matter if the PS4 can play everything in 1080 and 60 fps if they don't have the games to back it up.
I'll wait until the price of the PS4 comes down too. Spending $400 on a system with no games doesn't appeal to me. Sure it's more powerful but if theirs no games for it now, no point in buying it now.

Why are people so stupid?
It's simple...the maps are small. When you have small maps, you cant have a large amount of players, especially Titans. They are giant robots, it would be chaotic with 20+ titans walking around. 12 titans is plenty. The AI bots need to be a bit smarter/tougher, but besides that the game is going to be awesome.
Right because gameplay doesn't matter. 60 FPS doesn't matter. Fun level doesn't matter. Graphics are #1 and if the graphics aren't mind blowing, game sucks. Just because it's "next gen" doesn't mean ever game has to look like Ryse (which is probably the best looking game on either console as of now).

Ive got the myNBA2K14 app. It shows mycareer player. You get a free envelope daily with a random amount of credits. Also you can pick games and if it wins, you get 50 credits per game. Unfortunately, that feature isnt working for android right now.
This will be the best selling game for Xbox no doubt. I think Destiny will be the game of the year because it sells on both Xbox and PS. But Titanfall will sell extremely well.
LOL right, because without the $10 bonus, people weren't going to buy it. Game is going to sell amazingly well regardless of a $10 bonus. Many had it preordered before. I doubt people will be like "I wasn't going to buy it, but I will now! Spend $60 to get $10? What a deal!!!!!"

Back on topic, it's an OK deal. Game will cost you $65 but you get $10 to put back into the MS store. I just buy games from Amazon...no tax and free release date.

Mortar is not even close to powerful in this game. Last night there was a group a 6 soldiers camped out on a roof top. I fired all 6 mortar shells, and 1 hit them. No kills, and the other 5 missed even while firing it at all 6 of the red triangles on my map.

I havent come across any glitches or major issues, but mycareer takes forever to get your character better. The in game VC is a joke. They should do like Borderlands (they do it for golden keys) and have codes every other day for a free amount of credits.
Or you could just buy 4 rechargeable batteries and have them for years and you can use them in multiple applications. I doubt you dont use any AA batteries in your house, so you kill two bird one stone. And you dont have to plan on charging your controller over night or be attached by a cord in general. I prefer this over charging my controller constantly.
You can't make the AI super tough, because the casual player wont enjoy it by getting killed by bots constantly. Make them too easy and it's easy to kill them. It's tough to find the perfect balance for everyone. Game is an arcade shooter, its not a simulation.
