Hey everyone! Titanfall only has 6v6!!!!!!!! Battlefield on X1 is in 720 resolution!!!!!!! Like isn't their any originality these days? It's not news when everyone already knows it.
Yes the install times are a little slow, but its not a big deal. Just pop the game in, go do something for 10-15 minutes, and your ready. Take a shower, cook a meal, knit a sweater. I'm sure you can find something to do while it downloads. People are so impatient....
Those that are concerned about 6v6 need to get over it. Gears of War is 5v5 and sells just fine. It doesnt need to be 64 players. Be pretty boring to have 32 titans on each side running around on a small map. 6v6 to me is a lot more tactical and strategy. I know they will have AI bots, but I wish it was just straight up 6v6. More isn't always better.
What would stop someone from video taping a match and posting it under a fake name on YouTube? How can they track who posted it unless someone used there real name or something stupid?

I think there is too much riding on Titanfall for MS to let it fail or be a glitch/bug fest. This is a game that can single handedly sell X1's. All the hype at the expo's, all the awards, it can't afford to flop. And I don't think it will because it's a new type of FPS and every Xbox owner is excited about it. It could be the next Gears of War for the Xbox.

I just want an RPG on these next gen systems. I own an X1, but I think both systems could benefit from an RPG. Like the old school party system type RPG's. Fallout 4 and Elder Scrolls would be great, but I'm waiting for a true RPG game. I don't know when one will even be coming out.

The 360 and X1 controller have been the better controllers for FPS because of the stick layout. The PS4 controller is an upgrade, but the X1 I still like better, just feels more comfortable and natural.
The dedicated servers, we havent seen them yet. Hopefully Titanfall will use them.
What a shocker, another anti-xbox article. How do these even make it to being published on N4G? System is almost 2 months old. The only thing I'm desiring with the system at this point is the UI to be a little better, like being able to access friends and messages quickly and being able to turn off activity feed. Just put a friends list button on the home page.
Besides that, I'm extremely happy with my X1
You cant buy it on PS. PC gaming is a different market. Don't be an upset PS fan. It's an exclusive for Microsoft.
Funny, there are hundreds of comments about on arguments negative against 6v6, but one positive comes out and no one says anything. N4G is filled with Sony fanboys and they would love nothing more then to see Titanfall fail all because they cant have it.

The three arguments everyone makes about PSN: It's cheaper, free games, and paywall.
Cheaper - I bought 12 months of live for $35 from eBay. Anyone that goes to the store or buys a subscription from the system is a moron. Search around, you get excellent deals.
Free games - You get to RENT free games, whereas Xbox you can download and keep games like Halo 4, Rainbow Six, Crackdown, etc etc
Paywall - I've never met 1 person who bought ...

6v6 is plenty. The maps arent huge. Tell me, how fun would it be to get in your Titan, turn a corner and 5 other Titans are looking for you. Or every time you turn a corner a hoard of players are waiting. BF has a huge player count because the maps are huge. Forza used to have like 8 online, now its 16 and it sucks because you get a lot more idiots doing stupid things. You got 12 human players running around, you got 12 titans followi...
Like seriously, who's trying to plug the kinect into the X1 from 50 ft away? The cord is already too long. If Kinect came with a 50ft cord, people would complain the cord is too long. You can't please everyone. Idk anyone who has their tv far away from their gaming system.
If I've already beat Skyrim, why would I want to start all over again playing the same quests and missions? Because it looks pretty? Rather play online where it's new and different.
Gears is 5v5 and sells just fine. More players doesnt mean better online. Forza used to have 8 online and people would crash into you. Now with 16 people online, more accidents and stupidity to deal with. How much fun would it be to have 30 players running around...you'd be dead constantly. The maps arent BF size. You can put your titan into follow mode, so technically its 12 Humans and 12 Titans walking around. I think having to deal with 12 enemies is more then enough.

720 won't stop people from buying it. With all the stuff blowing up and going on around you, you won't have time to stare at a tree branch and go "well, that would look more clear in 1080." People need to let go of the resolution and focus on the gameplay itself. I'd rather have a game that runs at 60fps and 720 then 1080 and 30fps. But that's a personal opinion. I guess some people just want a game to be pretty but play and run like crap.
Last I checked, Gears of War sold pretty well and has only 5v5 multiplayer (I think that's right). Battlefield has 64, so now that's the standard? I remember the original Forza only had like 8 player online. Now it's like 16. Does that make it any better? No because now you have 16 cars smashing their way into a turn. More doesn't mean better. Maybe its just me, but when I click on the photos to make them take up my whole screen, they become more detailed and clear. I think graphics look really good I see no issues with them. Not sure what you guys/girls are seeing that makes you think they look horrible.
