So it pays to invest heavily in PC graphics, I still remember the hype created after seeing that first preview on PC, it was like looking at the next-gen.
People can say whatever they want about graphic whores but graphics are what raised BF3 to another sales level - graphics produced the insane hype.
In your opinion it's the best, I much prefer Gears 3 personally.
I like to meet opponents face-to-face, not just position myself in the right place and kill people who can't see me or who I spot first.
But to each there own, each involve different skills, I just prefer going mano-a-mano.
That list is so lame, FIFA destroys Madden in sales.
Who cares about US-only sales, it's an incomplete picture and fails to convey fully the success of anything.
Core and Kinect is an oxymoron.
Not disagreeing that it's skill to position yourself, my k/d is decent enough in those games, I'm saying for me personally, it's just not as fun and exhilarating as facing you opponent eye to eye so to speak.
It also seems lame to me to get easy kills from people who just can't see you, although that's probably more realistic, just to me that gameplay doesn't produce a rush.

BF4 should just have MP, instead of crap SP include more maps and game modes.

^^^Reasons for why I prefer Gears and Halo over military shooters, I like to look my enemy in the eyes so to speak.
Whether it's 1 against 1, or 1 against 2 or 3, let skilled man win not the guy in the right place at the right time.
It seems EA loses money every quarter but their games sell quite well?? (I buy many of them)

Well nintendo released a system that was too underpowered to satisfy the creative wishes of 3rd party devs and Nintendo has been unable to keep a steady stream of first party tittles.
Basically, Wii is not only underpowered, it completely lacks quality new games.
Battlefield 3 shouldn't even be a contender.
So far I'd say Batman AC or Deus
I thought the game was REALLY exhilarating, I might pick it up when it's cheap.
It also had excellent sound but the graphics were only ok.
I have PS3 and 360 and all the best games definitely aren't on PS3 - both have great games but people with just a PS3 (or just a 360) are missing out.

360 was the clear winner for Crysis 2, the PS3 was even at a lower resolution and overly zoomed and blurrier. Even the comparison sites gave it to 360.
All I'm saying is that is sucks to not own a PS3 and 360 because both series are amazing.
Well the true judge of the better game is the individual purchasers not the aggregate score. No number of critics or sales can tell you what you like best.
I also think Gears 3 has better MP (maybe my fav MP and that's including BF, COD, KZ and Halo) and Uncharted has better SP.
I found Gears 3 SP very very disappointing but the MP is the best I've played in a while. I'm so sick of "the first to spot gets the kill MP" and pray-and-spra...
Uncharted is what so many games try but fail to achieve - a cinematic interactive masterpiece with amazing gameplay.
There are few games that I enjoy replaying as much as the Uncharted series
Games are already art. They're created by dozens of artists, come to life by programers and often have stories written by well known authors utilizing skilled actors. If movies are art so are games - both are demonstrate significant levels of creativity.
Also, every still image of a game would be an amazing artwork, it may not be classical art but it's art nonetheless.
Whether they are good are bad art depends on the values of the beholder.
I"m not buying COD but at least they can make the SP fun AND do decent MP.
