So if Infinity Ward remained independent they'd be LOADED.
If this was Digital Foundry it would be a tie because they'd think the slight PS3 blur would be too much to handle.
RELOAD THE LEVEL
Sucks, but at least you don't have to start from the beginning.
DF is always minimizes PS3 advantages, check out the Portal 2. Neither single console owner would lose here but I'll trust LOT because in the pictures PS3 looked better and they seem more objective IMO.
For a Wii game the graphics look good.
Sony must already have a larger user base
That means there are already millions more working PS3s than 360s.
I love how the enemies react realistically to being shot. So many games don't do that and make enemies take 3-4 shots with no reaction, it's like the enemy is is invincible until the final shot, then they react - that always takes me out of the experience.
RDR had great gunplay reactions so I'm very excited.
N64 couldn't go head-to-head with Sony because of the storage format created was limited and was a financial liability for 3rd parties.
Gamecube blew it because the controller could be used for many 3rd party games and again, the storage format was too limited.
For some reason, Nintendo always made some dumb decision that cut the off from having multiplats (which tend to be the more popular games) which is why they lost the previous gen, they competed on t...
I think it really depends on how well their online hub is - it needs to be more than just MP, it needs to be an entire entertainment hub with movies, demos, previews, ect.
Also, if they were 'coming around' they would have swallowed their pride an implemented Blu-Ray instead of another propriety format - consumers get a lot of added value by being able to play Blu-Ray.
Interesting.
All wrong,
A lot of gamers are complete losers with way too much time on their hands.
As a black person myself, I feel many black people feel they can't be accepted fully and equally into mainstream society so they don't pursue regular careers paths.
I think it has more to do with class though, people in the middle class feel they have just as much opportunities as everyone else, people in lower classes feel they won't fit in with the middle and upper unless they make it rich.
The generation is almost over, they're a little bit behind the ball.
I wish FPS SP went in the direction of R6 Vegas instead of COD. Vegas required strategy, utilized team tactics, and had an amazing cover system. It was sooo good.
Killzone 3 is severely under appreciated, it has some of the best gunplay and AI for FPS games and the multiplayer is excellent.
Your're right and that's what I'm saying, it lacks internal consistency.
Say for example Batman wins GOTY and Uncharted 3 wins best PS3 game.... the best PS3 game should also be Batman.
They either have to add more PS3 exclusives to the GOTY list or replace the PS3 exclusives with the GOTY noms.
Whoever runs the VG awards is a moron.
I think gamers are just people that enjoy playing games during their free time not as a means to kill time (like iPhone games).
Whether it's one game or many, as long as they view gaming as a viable leisurely activity then they're a gamer IMO. Even if they only love Farmville or the Sims or COD, Halo, JRPG's, etc.
United Kingdom Alpha.....that includes countries like Scotland and Ireland....question is are does it include countries in the common wealth.
Anyways, @ news4geeks: just because people don't know shit about Scotland or whatever minor country's possible lack of development doesn't necessarily make Americans stupid.
I'm sure people could convince you to believe a lot of things about cultures and places that you're not exposed too.
...
My friends almost never watch TV because they think most shows are shit and play games A LOT (6-8 hrs a day, more on days off) but they only buy their favourite shooter and sports game each year...that's it.
For them it's Battlefield or COD and NHL but they put hundreds of hrs into each's MP and probably play more than me who buys a very large variety of games.
I'd definitely call them gamers, it not about what you buy, it's about how mu...
COD is like Super Mario now, it's just a permanent and popular part of gaming now.
That being said, I skipped this version because I bought the last 3 so I'm sick of the formula, not saying the game sucks - just that I've played it too much.
