The games are very different at least in terms of MP so that would be hard to say.
I'm kind of sick of MP focuses military shooters, as I already have too many MP focused games that are still fun to play.
If either one did something special with the SP that would be something but I'm sure it's weak story and dialogue with weak AI all wrapped up in 5-8 hrs. Current graphics aren't good enough for me to be entertained by shallow SP anymore.
Looks very interesting, I'm glad to see more and more devs are embracing depth and rich singleplayer stories and gameplay now instead of crappy shallow SP 'campaigns' with an MP focus.
Hopefully the COD-syndrom that has plagued this gen is coming to an end.
Well people who owned and liked the game would disagree with what your saying - this may surprise you but you can't control whether or not people enjoyed the game, that's up to them.
I though FF13 was a great game up until the ridiculously long boss fights at the end. The gameplay wasn't good enough for me to have to spend 45 minutes fighting a guy, I just wanted to progress through the story.
Your statement is speculative and beside the point and I'm sure some of them work or have had free replacement that work.

I don't understand who's going to play it for more than a few minutes - it's a great game but won't people just play BF3 insteadn.

But no decent modern game can have horrible graphics or gameplay.
I consider Uncharted to primarily be a SP game, the MP is good but lacks excitement for some reason IMO.
PC gamers wish they could play current releases on a 6 year old PC that cost $400 when they bought it (including the OS).
This is probably why console gaming is way mor popular than PC gaming, after the initial investment you'll have no problems for the next half decade or more because devs optimize.
I'll give it Zelda if it had better characters.

Batman is an amazing game and is leagues above many other SP offerings - maybe because it's easier working with characters that are already well recognized and storylines understood.

before you disagree with the truth, I have a 360 that I think it's great, it's just the article is wrong.
Reach is one of my favourite games this gen, but after Halo 2, the series graphics have been very very mediocre.
The AI is so good in Reach so I don't care that much - best A.I. in a console FPS which has allowed me to constantly replay the campaign.
That over a quarter of the size of a maxed out 360 game DVD.
Still impressive profit from the Xbox division.
I wonder what MS does to persuade reviewers to give lie, are they like EA or worse.
It would be cool if they made it the story of a solidier, I mean, there's so much potential there.
