I own an Xbox, love it, but I cant stand Xbox public relations.
I say we put aside our 360 vs PS3 hatred and focus our hatred where it belongs: on all the pre- teens playing online...and (come to think of it) a large majority of high schoolers as well.
I saw thie first 10 minutes online. I think it looks better. The graphics are sharper and more detailed and I didnt see any bloom effect. I believe the real difference lies more in the MP which is closer to single player graphically.
I totally agree. A face lift would be awesome, but IMO EWJ was one of the best games ever.
I personally dont care. Ive lost faith in the Japanese market. They arent gamers anymore, they are more into silly peripherals then games, and considering the amount of great games coming out on the 360, if they arent buying it then Im not to concerned with whats popular with them.
A new Earthworm Jim, perhaps even better a remake of part 1, would be fantastic. Now if only they would release EWJ1 on Arcade...
A 90 minute addition seems a bit pointless, but 400 points aint bad.
With GTA coming out for PS3 too, now may be exactly the right time for a drop. Well, see. Microsoft may wait for the next big PS3 exclusive. MGS i think?
Rainbow is a tactical shooter with arguably the best cover system of any game ever.

I would put Left 4 Dead higher up. That game sounds AWESOME.
Once upon a time this was my biggest reason to buy a PS3. When I get around to buying it this will be high on my list.
This is probably my most anticipated game this year. Looks awesome!

I think there are so many PS3 fanboys cause now they have a system to champion, and its no secret that Sony has a large install base. For the year Xbox 360 was out it was king, but now with 3 systems there is more to argue.
I gotta say all the Sony bullcrap really makes me not want a PS3, when before I was planning on getting one at some point. It would be nice to have actual conversations about how a game is, what is great, what can be changed, but so of...
I dont think its a mistake. My Xbox got the RROD and since I already had a HD buying an Arcade made sense.
EA is the antithesis of everything true gamers want. As Ive said before they are the MacDonalds of the gaming world. Make it quick, make it fast, and sell it to those with no taste.
