Yup. The game looks like crap. I'm not shocked to find out that Kojima has nothing to do with this.
You can tell it was once cancelled. The new version looks terrible and nothing like anything in the Metal Gear universe. It looks like a Bayonetta with a Raiden skin. Disgusted to say the very least.
You can definitely tell who will be buying and who won't. It definitely won't be the fans who grew up on the franchise. This will be the first one I skip over.
This seems like a waste of talent here. Epic is capable of so much more and they make this? This is the next big thing? It doesn't make sense.

Sounds like a lame excuse to not buy it if you ask me. Longer doesn't mean better. If you haven't bought one yet, you're not gonna buy one...and that's a shame. The Uncharted franchise alone warrants a purchase, not to mention all the other content.

Don't blame Sony for the removal. Blame hackers who used the feature to exploit the console and create piracy. Seems to me that the hackers just can't get over it, NOT consumers.
100% agree and bubble. God of War III is still a stunner to play and look at it. It is definitely overlooked by many and I don't see how. If that engine is being used for "The Last of Us", then I'm extremely curious as to what it will look like.

Boredom? How so, the best games I played this generation were on HD consoles and were fun due to the tech/power they had available to them. Open worlds like Grand Theft Auto, Red Dead Redemption, great character models, Gears of War, God of War, Killzone 3, Uncharted 3. All of which were made possible by power, and not some motion controller gimmick. I see other companies evolving....while Nintendo just can't seem to catch up. They'll release a weak console with a controller gimm...
because they have yet to show anything on it that screams "This is next gen!!". It's slightly more powerful than current gen systems. I mean heck, the majority of it's launch titles are going to be on the PS3 and 360, with little to no changes between the versions. That is sad.
They are charging premium prices on old tech. It's pretty much a console from this gen with a gimmick controller. They are trying to repeat what happened with the Wii this upcoming generation, and I honestly hope they don't succeed. I had enough gimmicks this generation....hopefully next gen we'll actually get back to, ya know, gaming.

It's a PS3 exclusive man, people will be lining up for the next 2 years to hate on it, and never once play it. People this gen have shown me how stupid they can truly be. The media and fanboys. Uncharted 3 was awesome, just like the previous installments.

I happened to love it and thought it beat out UC2 in every way possible. Story, graphics, gameplay etc. Just goes to show...people are never satisfied and journalists still can't seem to ditch the "hate PS3" nonsense that's been carrying on since 2006. Be quiet already. The software variety alone should make people shut up, let alone the quality.
They don't care about the story. As long as you can hack away on enemies with mindless fun, why would you need a story. This is not Metal Gear. The cheesiness is just....gushing. It's like Bayonetta is wearing Raidens skin. To those oogling and oggling, you can tell they didn't grow up on the franchise. The rest of us are very disappointed.
