I honestly thought I was playing something from the PS2 when I played the demo. I played for about 1 minute and shut it off. Crap to say the very least. Not only was it abysmal looking, the controls were downright terrible.
Of course he's going to trump up the "multiplatforms are better" selling point. That's ALL THEY HAVE LEFT. The exclusives are in short supply. I buy all my MP games for my PS3 because my FRIENDS are on PS3. No real consumer gives a shit about a 2% graphical difference between version. Most don't care.

Way to come out swinging with those personal attacks. Have you seen the charts concerning it's graphical capabilities compared to the PS3 and 360? It's only slightly more powerful. Look at it's lineup they teased at E3. It's all stuff that's on existing consoles. Why trade in a system with a huge existing catalog for one that will be lacking? Those are facts.

The Playstation brand has already beaten out the 360. If you mean in America, then no, I don't think so. People are set in their ways. If this causes a huge shift of PS3's in the states I'll be shocked. I've had several friends who refuse to buy one out of pure stubbornness. They'll admit better games, hardware etc. but when it comes down to buying it....they don't. Annoying.
That's because PS3 owners are looking forward to exclusives and Battlefield 3(which looks remarkably better). COD is over the hill and needs to give it up.
Just curious as to what other lame excuses people are going to make at this point to justify not picking one up. Awesome games on it now, and an awesome future lineup.
I honestly don't know what the fuck is wrong with people sometimes. Why in your right mind would you want to purchase a console in 2011/2012 that is SLIGHTLY more powerful than existing HD consoles? It will be a repeat of 2006 all over again. In 2014 the WiiU will be lest in the dust, yet again.

I own both HD consoles. The only 360 exclusives I've enjoyed thus far are Halo, Gears, and Fable. The rest have been meh worthy as far as I'm concerned. I have no trouble admitting that my PS3 has the better catalog and more play time on it.

Hit the nail on this head bud. Bubble for you. Marketing and casual fluff have driven sales this generation, not quality game content or hardware. That's a fact, sadly.
Don't expect to play content to the best of their ability with that 360 model. If you don't have the 360 hard drive you're screwed out of several game modes. Halo Reach won't let you do online coop without a hard drive. Bullshit. Why release different SKU's that limit game features? To this day any PS3 game I put in will work with all of it's features fully playable on any SKU. I'm not forced to buy a $100 hard drive in order to play certain content.
