Why not just make it a new universe like Ghost Babel or AciD then? If you want to lower the barrier for entry, you don't make a game whose plot is basically intertwined with the events of MGS2 AND MGS4! Unless this is a side story that has nothing to do with the Patriots/Big Boss... which I can't imagine.

Hey, to each his own man. I enjoy Halo, but I'm not gonna stand in line for it. MW2 killed CoD for me, after the great 4th installment. I'm kind of FPSed out, and UC2 went CoD damage style, so now I can't even play my favorite TPS!!
Sigh.
I like Halo's gameplay. Love that combat is well balanced.

I hate the lag, balance issues, and glitches in MW2. I prefer Halo's damage model. Both are wildly different games, it's okay to enjoy, have likes and dislikes for both.

Grow up, it's so obvious that they are avoiding CoD and Reach. Considering how much Crytek runs their mouths, the "tuff wittle" PS3 should be no problem for them after all.
Good idea. I just hated getting stuck in a chokepoint/doorway because 4 people were all running through. Their level design really was gorgeous though, damn.
Just please, please balance MP. The KZ2 maps were amazing, but were crammed with TOO MANY PEOPLE.
I really have to agree. The feeling of accomplishment from learning a game, mastering it, winning because you are BETTER than the other guy? ALL GONE. Now "everyone deserves a chance to win."
