Without MGS1, MGS2, MGS3, and MGS4, you won't get the full experience of MGSR you realize?
Eh, I think MS will continue on just fine, but giving up such a high rated exclusive is surprising. I don't hate MS, or Sony, or Ninty... I just find morons hilarious. I think Reach will be great, I just love the constant flipflops on these boards by both "sides" of the imaginary war. It's just great.
The best is how one game sucks, or is an exclusive (when also on the PC), until it comes to the other side, then "we never said it was exclusive! you did...

I do enjoy how as of today, ME2 was "never exclusive, we never said that!"

I could bring up Alan Wake or the fact that ME2 hasn't even outsold ME1 yet but I won't.
MGSR is doing it, ME2 can do it.
As I said before, third party exclusives are all but dead. And that's not a bad thing.

Also, ME2 on the PC was pretty awesome. And now more people get to enjoy the game, which is in no way a bad thing. Just like now more people get to enjoy MGS... but I guess you won't be buying it because it's "just a movie," m i rite?

The software piracy is the real problem of the system, sadly.
Actuall its 2 million units undertracked, and the numbers reported by MS, Sony, and Ninty that VGChartz uses are all the same.
So I have to ask, why haven't they added said 2 million yet from Sony's reports? The PS3 should be at 38 million units +.
