I don't understand the dislikes on your comment. You speak the 100% truth and I can verify. I own an Xbox 360 and the "adverts" involve 1 actual advertisement in the corner which is usually Xbox content related or UFC or whatever big even that is upcoming...the rest is content like on my PS Vita where it's got ads for games or 50% off of season passes.

They specifically tell people not to play before the release date. Legit or not, R* wanted to prevent leaks of the game (as does Microsoft when it comes to any game at all).
Doesn't bother me in the slightest, it's the way it should be honestly. You can't trust people, even if you tell them not to (and it is a strict rule of Xbox Live).
Goes for anything really, look at the Developer Bungie...They told people not to do certain things like constant...

I think ohiostatesman is making the point that Microsoft has been saying since E3; That the cloud is going to allow the Xbox One to evolve beyond what pure specs on a sheet say it can do - that they can allow developers to offload graphics and other things like AI onto the 300,000 and growing servers to allow them to focus on other things. Essentially allowing them to add things to the game that wouldn't entirely physically fit on a disc or that the Xbox One ...

I think a better use of the car analogy would be that numbers and specs on paper are totally different from what the actual physical outcome of seeing what these things can do is!
I find it hard to say the PS4 is so much stronger due to the fact that yes DriveClub looks amazing but Forza 5 looks amazing as well!

Xbox Live goes wonky maybe 2 or 3 times a year.
It's natural when we get close to updating the dashboard or when things are being tested in the background by the XBL team.
Not to mention the massive amount of logistics and such that have to be carried over for the Xbox One and Xbox 360 to run off (basically) the same service.
