Well in a Q and A with Greg Miller (BEYOND!) from IGN, Shuh did say that ya know, Sony and Microsoft are the most direct competitors and that Sony needs Microsoft in order for Sony to succeed.

Both Sony and Microsoft have designed their consoles with function in mind. That's really awesome because that should always be the first concern.
Sony just did it in a really elegant way, Microsoft just really wants to make sure they have a really well ventilated console so that there is no repeat of last time!

It's the theory of economies of scale.
Microsoft may have like what an 8% share of the market with Windows Phone, but that still equals ~1billion in revenue to rake in.
Small share of the pie, took some away from the competition, and made a good profit on it.
Windows Phone will continue on and will continue to grow in the market.

Finally. CoD got retarded when all they decided to do was make stupid tiny maps with chokepoints everywhere so you can shot half a clip and die every 15seconds!
Not that I care that much, CoD needs a serious reset back to the roots when it resembled something world class that told the best story, and had fun multiplayer (CoD WaW, Blops, MW1!!!!!!!)

I remember I just read a couple days ago that they made quite a bit of bank off their mobile division. It's hard to capture market share when you are competing against idiotic consumers buying into Apple products every 9 months, but they're picking up some of the share!

He is referring to the console itself. The Xbox 360 evolved a lot over the years. The Xbox Live update to support full 1080p HD was one thing they did post launch.
Think in terms of Xbox Live Updates. There has been talk about updating the X1 post launch to rebalance the final GPU draw (10% at the moment) for the Kinect.

BUT the Modern day settings on shooters has run it's course ESPECIALLY on CoD. I feel like CoD should go back to WWII with the power of next gen.

Know thy enemy right? He'd be stupid to say things otherwise about Sony. Sony is Microsoft's direct competition. He probably appreciates that Sony and Microsoft duke it out the way they do because really, this is what creates the drive to make even better products for the consumer (while trying to take a majority share in the market) :)

Man do I get a kick out of how nobody got upset over the fact that Sony was going to try and push their music service (which isn't a huge deal to me either way I'm still getting a PS4) but if Microsoft had done this there'd be no end to it.

If the Xbox One version makes use of the impulse/rumble triggers thats the version I would buy, they look almost identical, with the PS4 taking a slightly more subtle approach to lighting.
Not to mention the Xbox One version has voice commands, that's really gonna help online because I found the wheel of commands hard to utilize at times in the beta, where I'd accidentally ask for ammo instead of medic for example.
I don't see how confidence in speaking and presenting (something that is a cornerstone of Business and Presenting) comes across as full of himself?

Well, for my first Sony console...it's sure blowing me away. Never been happier with the money I spent on it!! Really considering cancelling my X1 preorder..or at least waiting another year cus the PS4 is unreal!!! I've only had some wonky connection problems and a 2second freeze on the home screen but Im pretty sure it's due to the fact that my internet isn't hooked up yet and I'm using a wireless tether from my Smartphone to stay connected to the world!
