Ha, I was born in 76 as well.
40 is almost here. :D
I obviously don't read into things nearly as much as all of you guys do.
I saw the trailer and I see more Watch Dogs and that Dedsec has a prominent role in the game.
Then I watched the gameplay and I saw all kinds of new ways to hack things, new tools to use and more ways to approach combat, and I thought "awesome".
The term hipster never crossed my mind and I couldn't care less about the dress code of the game charac...
Trailers mean nothing.
Watch some gameplay.

It really is.
People don't seem to realize that gaming is sort of unique in that you see the product long before it's ever a final and finished product. Very few things are like that.
But when somebody goes on the E3 stage to demo a game that isn't going to be out for a year or longer, they are essentially trying to sell you on a product that doesn't exist yet.
They put together a piece of it that may or may not be indi...
I want you to read this slow, and maybe more than once so that you can understand it.
PEOPLE
LIKE
DIFFERENT
THINGS.
So just because you don't like it, that doesn't mean people that do like it are wrong. It's really pretty simple when you think about it.
I'll even give you an example. I don't like Minecraft. I totally don't understand the point of it at a...
Yeah ok whatever.
Fitting name for when you post this kind of nonsense.
Oh look, it's a Watch Dogs 2 article and people are talking about meaningless graphics changes on pre-release game footage on a game from two years ago.
Huge surprise.
Still talking about a graphical change on a game that released over 2 years ago?
How about you give it a rest and just look at whether the game itself appeals to you?
Sounds awesome, can't wait!
I'll never understand the Ubisoft hate.
I just attribute it to the Hipster "I hate everything popular" attitude like all the CoD haters.
Not every game is for everyone obviously, but CoD is immensely successful because it is one of the best in it's genre. Ubisoft games are successful because they are among the best in their genre(s). If you don't like them, fine, but saying they are crap is just pandering to the other hipster hater...
Where the hell did you get SJW out of what he said?
All he said was that n4g seems to hate Ubisoft.
Cool story bro.
It's fairly simple to answer this question.
The game is fun.
A game's value can't be measured by some mathematical formula. It doesn't work like that.
(Maps + Game types + Playable characters) +/- Single player campaign = Value of the game.
That's stupid. It's not that simple, ever.
The game is just good. I've played about 40 hours of it and I'm not remotely clos...
So did I. I bought it, and talked a couple friends into buying it, too. :)
Best vs. multiplayer game I've played in years.
Updated it how?
What would you have them change?
So let's hear the alternative?
2 week bans so they just go in cycles of cheating repeatedly?
Anything less than a permanent ban is too soft.
Everyone has a different sense of humor.
I thought Seinfeld was the least funny comedy show in TV history and I think Big Bang Theory is terrible.
But those are obviously funny to other people.
Wait till they have something tangible to show, and until it gets closer to release.
Going by MS history, the last couple weeks before launch, you won't be able to watch TV without seeing ads for it.
I'm the opposite. I always liked Saints Row way better than GTA for that very reason.
I'd rather play a game that makes me laugh than one that makes me depressed. :)
They aren't worth the time or money to do that.
They don't deserve to play the game at all.
