They moved it to a different developer.

My money is on both of them losing.
Morpheus and Oculus will both be dead and gone within the next 3-4 years.
At least in terms of gaming. Oculus might stick around with other applications on PC.
Just my predictions. I'm firmly in the camp that VR is a fad just like 3D and motion controls.
I'm all in favor of new technologies succeeding, so I'm not HOPING that VR fails.
But I'm sure as hell PREDICTING that it will fail. And hard.
It's going to go the same path as 3D, only it won't even garner that much support, and won't be able to be forced on us afterwards by being incorporated into every single new TV.
Here's hoping I'm wrong.
Maybe at the end of Fallout 4 you'll be presented with three static choices that have nothing to do with anything else you did in the game.
That would sure suck, huh?
Redey you are really on a big "hate fallout graphics" campaign, aren't you?
I saw you posting the same screen cap from the trailer like 4 times the same day the trailer came out.
Give it a rest.
The game looks fine. I'm sorry it isn't photorealistic or whatever you expected, but get over it.
So they post a screenshot of Vanquish and everyone thinks they are teasing Vanquish 2. I get that.
Why is everyone assuming it is a Wii U exclusive? Am I missing something?
I sure hope the next Xbox doesn't use built in batteries.
If they do change it, it's because of the loudmouth Sony fanboys, not because any Xbox owners are actually requesting it, because they aren't.
We aren't requesting it because it's the inferior way of handling a battery in any device. Built-in is NEVER better.
Go look around on tech sites comparing phones and see if the iPhone with a battery that can't be remov...
Well, the battery is separate and it lasts 6 to 8 times as long before needing to be recharged, so I'd say it's worth an extra 25 bucks.
Or you could buy the one that is the same price as the Dualshock and just use your own batteries. Again, getting far longer lifespan out of each charge.
So yeah, it's not exactly comparing apples to apples.
Thank you. I'm glad somebody else gets it.
According to the internets you can.
I can never see the scoreboard when I'm watching it on TV though.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
He reminds me of a Japanese Stephen Tyler.
You don't really believe that their flagship titles like Gran Turismo 7 and Uncharted 4 are going to use this thing, do you?
Those games are going to push the PS4 to it's limit to look as good as possible. There is no way they can run them in VR without everyone's new favorite buzz word, a huge graphical "downgrade".
It's not going to happen.
I'm glad somebody else sees this for what it is.
People think they are going to get game that look like The Order 1886 in VR and don't realize that is not possible.
In reality, they are going to get games that look like PS2 games (at best), and a bunch of terrible indie shovelware.
And once the thing fails to catch on there won't be any games for it at all, and it will go away.
Lydia should be sitting in the corner eating a loaf of bread.
Even then, how many people would buy it for $200?
Look at everything you can do with your PS4 and a PS Vita right now for $200, and those aren't exactly selling themselves.
I just don't see many people jumping on this unless they launch it with some game that is just so amazing it goes viral.
Something that gets them the kind of main stream attention that the Wii lucked into when they launched, and they were the "hot toy" fo...
"Also, during E3 there are dozens of announcements. It's easy for games to get lost in all the excitement."
That's probably the best explanation right there.
It doesn't really matter, it just seems like it has changed the past couple years and everyone announces early nowadays.
What is with this trend from the past couple years of everyone blowing their E3 load early and announcing everything a week in advance?
One thing I forgot to add that is a big thumbs down to me is the lack of character class customization.
What I mean by that is that although you have a wide variety of skills to choose between, Geralt is essentially always going to be a "Warrior" class.
You can't be a "mage" or a "rogue", not really.
So for somebody that loves the freedom of being any kind of character you want in a game like Skyrim, this ...
The whole "my thumbs are the same so the sticks should be in the same place" argument is quite literally one of the most ignorant things I've ever heard.
If the controller was nothing but the two sticks, it might make sense, but there are other parts of the controller used to varying degrees depending on the game type.
What about racing games or a game with a fixed camera where the right stick is hardly used?
God of War only use...
