Wait so do they have estimates for x1 and wii u? I hate these numbers because you never seem to get everything at once. Great, ps4 sold really well but how bout we get some info on the rest. Or am I just missing something?
Edit: Wait I saw the chart now in the article. I will say this, looks like MS has been still doing pretty good in US and the estimates are closer than I expected. idk about the rest of the world though
As much as I would love more Uncharted games, I think they have really delivered and if UC4 is as good as it looks to be, then I think I will be happy just to have had those experiences. ND is amazing and I think it is smart for them to end it here and start something new. Just my opinion, but I hope they make something story driven and somewhat grounded in reality sort of like UC. Obviously we would want something new and different, but I just wouldn't want them to do more of a Crash ban...
There are a couple of shots that look like they could be from a cut scene, though idk if that would be an "in-engine" cut scene or what. The majority of these pics are from gameplay, just go look at the 1080p gameplay released by IGN recently.

81PX...of course the star wars guns are made up. So that means devs can just start sticking in what ever they want? I just feel like it is cool in this type of game for them to at least attempt some authenticity to what else is out there in the canon of the universe.

Agree'd...I'd rather them include things that make sense in the star wars universe than make things up. Sometimes that just gets weird. I think this game will be a really great change of pace form other shooters. Maybe not quite the same level of variety as in some other games but should be fine especially when if you plan on mixing in other shooters this fall like R6 and Halo 5.

I believe that diversity in all of its forms can certainly breed innovation, but she tries to make it sound like somehow the current devs are incapable innovating and, its BS. I love when she calls out Forza. ha! I mean racers like Forza innovate in their own ways like with social aspects etc. But some games, like racing sims, are not gonna be artsy and niche. And AAA games have been innovating in many ways...
Strange, I know a good handful of people with X1, myself included, who have never mentioned any of the issues you list, except the party issues etc. But they look to be fixing that soon. It's too bad you are having those problems, but overall I wouldn't say that experience is reason enough for someone to not get it.
For what it's worth, my ps4 has also given me zero issues and judging by the community, both consoles should mostly be reliable. A lot of people above...
I wouldn't say that it feels nothing like Battlefield, but it surely isn't some re-skinned knock off either. I guess to keep it short, I can tell it is made by the Battlefield dev, but it also never feels like a rehash and there are plenty of diffs.. I am having a lot of fun with the beta, issues aside (it is a beta afterall).
I agree, this is one of the few games where I don't even need a side by side to really see the diff. I have the beta on each console now and there's just no question. I think it is only fair to say that the game still looks great on either console and I am happy to see that all of the other effects etc. are on par. The fuzzier slightly washed out look of the x1 version is apparent.
That being said, it looks good enough on the x1 where I don't find myself constant...
@SCW, Halo 4 was far from a bad game at all, but I can see why you think the way you do. All I can say is that the time I spent with the Beta, along with all the gameplay we have seen and all the details we have gotten about what Halo 5 will be...I have zero doubt that this will be the FPS of all FPSs. But who knows, maybe i'll be the guy who gets let down. Doubt it tho.
I also don't see X1 overtaking the PS4 this gen. Ha, I was originally planning on picking this one up as well. It really is sad when you can't even make what is basically a clone of past THPS games. How do you screw it up this bad?
Yea A50s are amazing. Very solid sounds, deff among the top if not the best. Battery life is very good, comfort is great, even the style of them is nice. I found the easiest way to deal with playing when you want to charge is to buy an inexpensive 8ft. micro usb from monoprice.com or any other site and simply use that while playing. The a50s are not inexpensive, no, but well worth it.
Honestly, the fact that it is optional stuff that doesn't really force you to use it in order to get things done, that makes me care a bit less. Still though, Destiny game 2014=$60, 2 content-light add-ons=$40, expansion=$40. so $140 later, you expect me to buy dance moves now??
