I suggest searching for more reviews and learning about "cross talk" and the limitation of the display (if it can be used as a 3D monitor for the PC too).

I'd love this MGS on the PC.. even if it'll just be Dark Souls quality port.. I'd still gladly enjoy it.
Heck I won't mind if they remove MP on the PC version.. I would still appreciate the SP with Snake :)
Hope it comes to PC.. as what they've shown on the last trailer was done on PC (Kojima said so himself).
Because the 3DS platform is much cheaper and had full DS backwards compatibility.. Not to mention those Nintendo games.
I'm just waiting for SE to make awesome titles (if they keep on track on what they did with the PSP [KH, FF games]).. (not a fan of God Eater)
If not then.. well, there's always another platform to get busy with.
Pretty confident the game would look like that on a high end PC with heavy filters.
The trailer only really "looked great" because of how the camera andles and motion was made to be cinematic.
As far as comparing graphics to BF3.. it's subjective. I am not a fan of the brownish look of Warface.. (Not a fan of the blue/green tint of Battlefield 3 either.. Now Crysis 2 had some contrast but that's a different topic).

IDK.. I've seen more kids/toddlers with ipod touches and them playing with their parents iphones.
Pretty sure just that in just a few more years there's gonna be less and less dedicated handheld love.. and more younger people on a PMP.. then again, maybe a few years from now.. controller accessories/compatibility would become a standard.. and top gaming devs would finally invest a bigger project on the iOS/Android devices.

Farming for mats in Demon's Souls was much harder.. and so are being able to get a check point.
I feel much more at ease with controlling the game too due not having to worry about World Tendencies.
