Yeah.. with a dock at home that let's it overclock like a beast and outputs to your wireless 8K TV at home..
and if you want to game outside the house, just take it off the dock and go go go portable game out there! :P
VITA overall visuals look good. But I am not much fan of the textures and jagged lines that I see much from it compared to competition.
(Strictly talking about graphics and not the depth of gameplay and comfort of controls; the VITA is clearly a winner on those aspects)

Like another commenter here said, it's also seems to be a cinematic approach of a the screen shot taker.
an typical HD youtube video would reveal a better picture on what it really looks like.
And yeah.. I want a GTA spin-off on the PSP but highly doubt for one any time soon (very poor install base).
