@mattdillahunty
Mouse and KB is great and will probably always be the easiest way to play because of the great precision. Joysticks are pretty good too, but I"ll always think of them as offering more immersion and fun than precision, but I wouldn't try to PvP with one unless I was really really good and experienced.
Nvidia does sell the most, by a large margin, and through marketing have gained an Apple like fanboy base in the PC community. AMD and Nvidia are pretty much on the same level these days, with AMD being often times much cheaper and much more gamer friendly with the more open source approach to their software. Nvidia is downright shady with their business practices and arrogant more than ever because they dominate the market.
1) Find a genie to grant this scenario
2) find Peter Molyneux
3) profit
You know why PC gamers are called the Mustard Race right? Because consoles need to Ketchup.
Honestly I don't think the guy may be that bad, but now he has forced himself to appeal to his audience to keep the money flowing, but it's for good reason. The dude is the #1 "youtube star" and makes MILLIONS of dollars and his woman is gorgeous.
Dude has his life worked out it looks like.
I think this has been on the wishlist of the 2k series since...they took it online lol. They even said they upgraded it a few years ago last time I really follow their forums, but still the same complaint today.
We need NBA Live to be good and put some pressure on these guys so that maybe they feel some urgency to improve.
whew, I was dying to see what the pre-order DLC was.
Despite not watching wrestling anymore, I wouldn't mind playing their games on PC, back in the day they were great, although with the reviews this latest one got it looks iffy. Of course many of these yearly games have rough next gen launches, all the work goes into a new graphics engine, then features and polish end up in the next one, since they seem to use the same engine for a whole console lifecycle.
@spicelicka
Don't get your hopes up, i've heard it's only 30 seconds long
While I have yet to play their games, they make games that interest me, I wish them luck and will someday pick up Mars & Bound by Flame.
Lot of you guys are ragging on increased draw distance with some sarcasm, and while it's not mind blowing it can be jaw dropping. It sure is nice seeing an incredibly long and beautiful landscape or cityscape in the background that has fine details and doesn't pop in. Combined with all the other improvements it'll be great for immersion.
I used to think if you could put a real name and face to a comment that people would act better, but then Facebook proved to me that it doesn't matter. People say outrageous **** all the time on there.
This just gave me an idea for a kickstarter
4k is for anything, you can play games @ native 4k today if you are using a PC. Consoles....maybe next gen fellas.
looks like they are heavily investing into the software experience side (which is rightfully needed to attract the mainstream console audience). Steam will have to be a do it all tool, despite the fact that many services already offer good functionality, steam is obviously baking everything they can into their Steam Client, so that those who are terrified of doing anything on PC that involves multitasking can just do everything through steam with a button press or two.
One Week from today...
"Gamers find hidden Destiny 2 area, already on disk"
what makes any of those sites better than the "no name" sites?
@Droidanomix or you could use google and see that the rumor has been everywhere the last couple of days.
HIlarious how people think and seem to be offended of the idea of a PS4 slim? I'm sure Sony wants it out as fast as possible to start reducing costs, as the chips will be smaller and more power efficient, meaning more chips can be made per wafer and they can also reduce PSU requirements (due to efficiency) saving some there too.
sadly better technology doesn't fix developers too.
This could be rough for consoles if they do get in the gaming market... Moms and Dads love iPhone and will buy little johnny an Apple Console above all else no matter if he protests or not. Apple won't release an overly expensive console, not yet anyway. it'll likely be 150-200 bucks and same internals as their most current phones, they'll make their money through itunes and $25 lightning cables as usual.
Companies like EA and Activision will be clamouring to make...
