fallout shelter is entertaining for awhile, It's something you play only because the phone is all you have. But it still feeds on addiction as you can see by it being a top grossing game now.
The only reason lunchbox pricing looks fair is because people's minds are so ****** up from F2P games that 20 bucks for 40 lunchboxes seems fair. I don't know what world these people live in but in a day and age when 20 bucks can buy many steam games on sale or just games on ...
actually for most of those types of people they get similar jobs at different companies and just get richer. Happens in every business and all you can do is say WTF.
they should try a kickstarter
they feast on addicts, that's about it. if this game earnings make your stomach turn, don't look at clash of clans lol.
I don't even know what 3rd party Nintendo could really sign to sway the masses. The people who love nintendo will just keep mostly buying nintendo games, those who love the typical third party games have no reason to stray from PS4/Xbox. I would look for another niche game that hardcore gamers will love, but doesn't really drive millions of sales.
I love my Wii U though, but their mass market appeal really died for this system, the same people who ate up the origina...
I Guess the best comment for this thread is
haters going to hate
the experience of this is completely different if you are actually wearing the Rift.
Despite this not actually being actual VR games, those calling it pointless are painfully mistaken. With the Rift your still going to get a low latency screen with the amazing clarity and contrast of an OLED screen. If everything turns out like it should you would literally be strapping roughly the best gaming monitor to your face for a TV. Now I don't know what it'll look like but media viewing on VR can simulate many different screen sizes, so you could literally believe your playin...
It's not surprising they'll milk everyone who buys multiple (of the same) consoles as long and slow as possible, once they finally get 2tb they'll start using SSDs. Some people just buy everything.
You have to remember those games are actually pretty old in gaming years, a lot of people who were young at the time may have had no interest, but have expanded their taste since then and want to catch up with the series now.
Carmack works for Ocullus Rift team now.
Don't know why this enrages the console fanboys so much. Console players play for the console experience I thought, not sure why you would be jealous of the PC experience, if your so happy with your console as some claim to be.
My son loves this game, and it does have a certain charm, but I feel this is still only the beginning for the series. I think they are pretty successful and I hope they really open up the gameplay for the next one. I would just like to see more variety in the jobs you can do, expanded cattle farming options, greenhouses, etc... and I wish the world was more lively and animated.
Make it challenging but fair. Personally I think the combat is mostly okay but weapon variety could be better, eventually you get the best guns and the game becomes easier IMO, no reason to touch most other weapons.
Lots of room to improve on squad mates though and ai in general
or he is just excited since the only type of game he and his company makes is one of the genres that benefit most from DX12 and what he plans to make more of (4X style games with stupidly large amounts of units to control).
Since this game seems to be announced for PC too, modders will take care of "licensing" on the PC side. Despite playing NBA2k15, I never noticed if you could download custom rosters in that game like NBA2K11/10 (?), but that would take care of console users too, as far as players go. I played those older NBA2k for a couple of years with user created modern rosters, but I think they eventually killed all online functionality for those older games.
@Antisain7
I just threw up the first link i saw that was relevant, I would say they would be hard pressed to lie about this, since the 400 page document is open to the public to read lol. There is no real argument to be had since its RIGHT THERE IN FRONT OF YOU TO CONFIRM.
the 299+ pages was just a catchy headline for typical right wing fear mongering. The actual pages with rules was very little, 8 pages, the hundreds of pages were actually just comments from the public and the two republican FCC members whining over the new rules, because they don't favor the corporations that line their pockets.

3D is amazing, I have no idea why it has so many haters, unless they are using terrible TVs. Sure I don't want to use it for everything but the occasional well done movie is an experience like no other
I'm not saying it isn't a success but it would be nice if an article completely based of calling it a success provided some numbers. The only thing i see is (which i had to find)
"The retail version of The Order: 1886 debuted in No. 1 in the U.K. retail software sales chart"

So while that's all good and dandy, there is a current game drought and I would imagine anything new that resembles AAA would have sold e...
