Done and Done! Now give me a new Persona game please!
I just bought a really nice headset a few months ago, but the surround sound is weirdly off. Sometimes it sounds like a guy is running behind me, but he's actually like 30 feet off to my left. So, perhaps I'll try these for the 7.1 and see if that makes a difference.
I don't understand how all the PS3 games that are reviewed in LOT are washed out bright pieces of crap. I have a Sony Bravia and all I have to do is push the orange "Theater" button on my remote and the games look as clean and crisp as the XBOX 360 screens are showing. Do these people have no understanding of how TV's work and that you can edit settings to help with the wash out and brightness? Just wondering...
I play medic class about 90% of the time and get roughly 3500-4000 points a game. I'm lvl 40 right now and I level up at least once every few days. But yeah, it's takes a looooong freaking time.
When I'm a recon in BFBC2 I use 4x scope so I can do short and mid range sniping with C4. Just in case my squad doesn't have an engineer I can get up close and personal with tanks or set traps. It's very easy to be a team player with recon, calling out enemies and all, just some people don't care to do it which boggles my mind. You get points for doing it!!
I'm half-tempted to get GTAIV on the PC just for that mod. I mean, wow, my hats off to whoever developed that mod because it's like a whole different game. Just stunning.
I don't think I'll ever stop playing Modern Warfare entirely, too many friends and good times, but I definitely have more love for the Battlefield series. The tactics of having a real "squad" and team based gameplay. I'll never forget the first grenade I launched into the side of a building killing a camping sniper across the map in the original Bad Company. Or running out of ammo, resigned to just a pistol and certain death, only to have a squad mate spawn next to me an...
I don't mind them too much as long as they're not as crazy long as the MGS4 ones. Plus it gives me a chance to get something to snack on, smoke or send that last text message before I ignore the real world for a few hours.
@Mikeyy I do agree with you there. Dead Money just didn't give me the same feeling the other DLC's gave me with Fallout 3. It's not terrible by any means, but I'm just not a huge fan thus far. Maybe I'll like it better the more I play since I'm only a couple hours in, but I'm more stoked about the other DLC's after playing it. I hope they'll be more worthy of my money.
I never played the original Fallouts on the PC, but I fell in love with Fallout 3 and New Vegas was that much better. Especially hardcore, having to make sure you were well rested, fed, and hydrated and not carrying too much weight added that extra something special that immersed me into the survival of an apocalyptic wasteland. My only gripe was the occasional stutter or freeze which I let slide due to the immenseness of the map and enjoyment I got from playing the game as a whole. These two...
I personally can't wait for this game. I've gotten hyped, lost interest, got hyped and lost interest a bunch of times, but after learning about the nuts and bolts and what it's all about this will most definitely be a day one purchase for me.
Was a fan of both Saints Row and actually enjoyed the second a little more than GTA IV... but why can't they get rid of the pop-in! It's 2011!
I tweeted Johan and said I was very impressed with the footage and like every BF game since 1942 I will be supporting their studio by getting BF3.
You can hook up your PC to your tv... and use a controller... just saying. However, I much prefer my console as well.
I'm really puzzled why Sony hasn't snapped up SP yet. They've made quite a few solid games and quite a few blockbuster games. They need to get on it! I want to see what they can do with the full backing of Sony.
It's true graphics aren't everything, but they do have a major role getting you involed in the game. I love a fun game, but I also love when that fun game looks like Uncharted 2. Hell, I still play FF7 and various other PS and Nintendo games on my Samsung Epic and those games are by no means blockbuster graphical powerhouses ( especially now days ). So it's a fine balance between the two. However, why would you spend the money on a new console if it's not going to give you a d...
This will help weed out all players that come in and just camp a corner throwing down ammo packs for themselves never trying to help their team mates. It's supposed to be a team based game, you wanna play lone wolf, get some skill and grab a sniper.
So you've seen the BF3 unlock system already? You've played it to know it'll be hampered by it's own realism? You know the environments will be limited and the weapons will suffer? That's all pretty amazing since the game isn't even out yet. You sound like a butt hurt CoD fan trying to trash the competition and then conveniently saying he'll buy both games to cover your ass from backlash. Wait until you get the game in your hands before your judge, unfortunately t...
Battlefield will always bee the more tactical 'team' based game. CoD will always be the pick up and play spray and pray fest. You want to play as an actual team with tactics for taking down enemy vehicles and buildings with no where to hide, get Battlefield. You want an easy pick up and play no tactics, smaller maps, anyone can be good game, get CoD. That's just as simple as it gets really. And thus why I always play Battlefield more than CoD. I play CoD BO alot, 7th prestige, but...
@BeOneWithTheGun
Stalin, may of been Atheist, but he was ruling under his own church like it was religion. Besides, it had less to do with him being an Atheist and more of him thinking he was a God to his people. Very much like the leader of North Korea. And before you try and bring up Hitler, know the Church celebrated his birthday, he had very close ties to the Church and all his SS work belt buckles saying "God wills it". Religion is a poison on this world, gre...
