But to think that those games couldn't be done as good if not better on the PS3 is kind of odd considering there's Killzone 2/3, Uncharted 1/2, Gran Tourismo 5, etc, etc. Which I'm not saying CAN'T be done on the 360, but at the same level, maybe not. MAYBE...
I don't really give reviews any credence anymore, better just to use it as a point of reference. I'll give this game a shot because I trust Kojima to deliver, but I knew the "GoW killer" pseudonym the game was given was just a farce.
I don't know what all the complaining is against the PS3 version... bought it yesterday and can't even notice the "screen tearing". I'm at work now, but I'll go home and try and notice it this time.

While I consider myself a Sony fan, being that I've owned the PSX, PS2 and now the PS3... I don't consider myself a fan boy of the system. I personally need Blu-Ray because I can be a klutz. Just the other night I dusted off Fallout 3 and when I was getting it out of the case and it fell onto the unfinished cement floor. Needless to say, I picked it up and blew on it... not a scratch. Pure awesomeness. Especially when you cough 100 ft away from my friends 360 and it convulses and chews up his CD's. Okay, it's not that bad, but still... was fun to say :D
Sorry bro, but the VAST majority of my friends list has switched to BFBC2 for the exact opposite reason. The multi on MW2 sucks, not the other way around. Nothing beats the team work of BFBC2, running around spawning on your buddy, tossing him a health kit as he's getting shot or zapping him back to life so he can toss you an ammo kit. Sure the hardcore snipers suck because of the easy one hit leg kills, but I just don't play hardcore unless I'm in the mood. That and cmon, how fun...

I'm happy with BFBC2 thank you. I haven't picked up MW2 in almost 4 months and I won't be giving them another hard earned $59.99 for another game I won't play. ;)

Maybe to YOUR eyes they looked no better than RE5, CoD MW2 and um, did you just say GTA 4 was a great looking game? Okay, well... I'll let that one slide. However, to the vast majority of gamers playing on an HD TV, yes Killzone 2, Uncharted 1/2, GT 5 and God of War 3 did look better than the games you mentioned. Leaps and bounds better.
