Multiplayer in inFAMOUS 2 can truly be amazing. So I'm really looking forward to it if that IS it.
Not in the slightest.
Take a look at God of War/Devil May Cry and then back to Dragon Age 2. You'll see a mighty difference. Or maybe I just missed the part of God of War/Devil May Cry where I could edit every single stat of my character, or advance my skills and control a party of characters WHILE selecting how my story progresses.
Yeah, okay. A better explanation to this would be you just don't know what an RPG is. Same goes for the 5 people that a...
LG sucks.
If there were 1 million people who played decent like myself, that should have been over 300 million kills. This number isn't that good at all.
Someone who commented in the link made a very good point.
If 1 million people bought the game, that means each person only has about 81 kills on average. But that doesn't make sense as I (and surely many others) have over 300 kills.
So the answer here is one of these:
- the game hasn't e...
Actually, yeah. Isn't GDC where a bunch of developers just get together and talk about and show off their stuff.
So you may be on to something here.
A new Rainbow Six and Resident Evil are the only ones on that list that I care about to be honest. Not saying I wouldn't want any of the other ones, just that these are most important to me out of said list.
It took you 20 hours on hard to finish Resident Evil 5?
My first playthrough took me about 8 hours on the medium difficulty setting, and about 3-4 hours on Professional.
My brother and I just flew through that game like no tomorrow. It makes it a whole lot more easy once you know the character layouts and how each level flows. The only hard part was the driving scene and the in-vehicle fight with the Ogre.
And no, playing easy in NOT like cheating. ...
Short and only answer:
No. You're a gamer as long as you play and enjoy many different video games. The difficulty you play on has no affect on whether or not you're a gamer.
I have no problem with Sony "controlling" their hardware. As long as it improves my experience as a gamer, then I have no problem with that.
So far because of this hacking thing, there has been more damage to the gaming community then there has been good. Now hackers are thinking about taking Console ID's from legit gamers to feed their greed! Honestly, this guy is completely oblivious to the real world.
You need to look at the white, grey AND b...
Now hopefully we'll see more of their games using this engine. I'm absolutely loving it so far.
And @Hazmat13: That's exactly what I was thinking. If they use this in future Fallout games, it'll make it easier to get into the game.
Like I said before, he is just hurting himself more in this case. Usually, when you commit a crime, you DON'T commit it some more. That will only make his punishment worse.
It's something I think most hackers aren't aware of with life. You fuck with the law, and you'll feel the effects. But too bad for them it'll take jail time and a fat fine in order to bring back reality.
Now if he cooperated with the law and Sony, he might have had it...
I'm going to say it most definitely will be. That and NGP.
He did mention he was working on something that wasn't MGS4 when he showed his MGS4 tech demo for the NGP and that he was going to speak more about it at E3.

I personally hope they go back to what happened between Snake and Grey Fox. I'm pretty sure there is an MSX game for that, but it honestly deserves better. Not to mention it'd be very welcome to play as young Snake again.
All I ask they do is take everything they've done with the most recent Peace Walker and add that to MGS5. Can't ask for much else since that game pretty much had everything and more.
Other than that, hoping his announcement h...
Wow, those comments on that website are a fantastic example as to why hackers are terrible for the gaming industry and should be getting treated the way they are by Sony.
They have absolutely no regard for the real gamers that don't hack their consoles, and play the game how it is meant to be played. They will go as far as steal legit gamers Console ID's in order for them to hack and play homebrew games and mess with legit gamers online experience.

Well if you look at the facts, Wii is more directed at children where PS3 has more for adults. Not saying Wii is ONLY for children, it's just aimed at them. Same goes for PS3, aimed at adults, but games for children are there.
And personally, I'd look passed that and see this game is clearly not for kids. I think that's the general idea here.
Wow, I'm not too sure of many people who would play this.
I can only say adults trying to relive their youth would give this a try.
Other than that, I can't see it doing too well.
And I'm curious, does this promote "cross-partner play"? If so, I'm a jealous bastard and I'd never in a million years have my girlfriend or I play this.
This may be a "teaser" for the NGP Killzone game. Since GG stated they were making a new IP at two different times (that I heard of). Although I do want a new Killzone, I think they should save it for PS4. Since I can guarantee you it isn't that far off.
So GG can play a bit with this new IP (probably for about 2-4 years), and then return to their baby. I'm actually looking forward to what else they plan on making using the Killzone engine.
Oh, I never meant to seem like I'm doubting a PS3 version. I just meant it looks like they're playing the Xbox360 version.
I'm pretty sure it'll be for PC, Xbox360 AND PS3.
But the problem is that the controller is set down. Usually dev's only have (need) one controller for each console.
So when you take that into consideration, they're most likely playing it on an Xbox360 Dev kit since you can't see the controller for that.
Well it isn't multiplayer, but I do like this much better. It's sort of what I wanted in Uncharted 3, but I'll take it in inFAMOUS.
Making my own action packed scenes and being able to play them is a fantastic idea. Especially trying out other peoples well scripted scenes will just be amazing.
Well played, Sucker Punch.
