Definitely. I still love the 16-Bit Disney games. They were, and still are, awesome.
I am working on a review for this game. I loved the arcade version (as you can tell from the article) and this is a nice successor- though I still wish they had the over the top explosive zombies.
Weird, I don't remember much the night I wrote this article.
I put a link to the patch. I can't link to somewhere to get the ROM but once you have them both, you could put this on an SD card if you have an Everdrive cartridge.
If you don't have an Everdrive cartridge you can always grab one of those Sega Genesis clones that are for sale at stores like Dollar General, Fred's, etc. Just make sure to get one that uses an SD card.
Not as good as an actual cartridge of this though. There are services that can...
You would think that Microsoft would have made sure that the Xbox platform was the most integrated into working with Windows than any of the competing platforms. Weird.
Yeah, I tried to make sure to detail the differences in how gamers find out about games between the two generations. Back in the day it was waiting till the next issue of a magazine. Today, it is as quick as loading a social app to find out what is going on from tons of sources.
It is a game changer in how gamers show their interest, or lack thereof, in this title on the PS4. Just because PS4 is currently in the lead doesn't mean it is going to stay there, though getting "big name" titles will certainly help in that respect.
When Street Fighter II was released, the SNES was trailing the Sega Genesis for the Christmas prior and barely caught up the following holidays after SFII released. After that though, it was pretty much Nintendo r...
Well said. Too bad more people don't do it.
It is free on Game Jolt. The developer is giving it away, along with the soundtrack, I believe. Just have to follow the link at the end of the review and click download and it is yours.
It definitely does not look an Atari 2600 game.
Thanks, theXtReMe1, for the vote of confidence there. I am an old school gamer that had a Commodore 64 before I had a NES and loved it. I am working on refocusing our efforts at RGM towards more of this stuff and less Kickstarter "pixel/retro" looking games (there are already plenty of sites writing about those games anyhow).
It could be coming to consoles. Just there was no word of it in the information I was given, just discussed the Android version.
Artistic freedom.
Not a fan?
From what I have read on experiences from people with the NVIDIA Shield is that basically it works fine but the 3D shooting parts have to be done with the touch screen. Hope that helps.
The $5 price tag is the "sale" price. Presumably it will go up to $9.99 or $14.99 at some point in the future to match the Vita price.
Yeah, it got me too. I was originally not going to write anything on this game but then I watched the trailer and well, had to write it up.
Something happened to the post, it is fixed now.
I agree with your other post, the 80's were awesome to grow up in. Cartoons took chances back then rather than being cookie cutter.
From what I can find out about this adapter, yes. The games play fine, as if they were on original GD-ROM discs.
You are welcome. Stuff like this is what I started RGM for, rather than yet more reviews of SMB 3. This stuff is awesome.
I am glad they are, otherwise I wouldn't have anything to write about on RGM. lol
Seriously though, it is awesome that it is not just crap, but actual interesting new things like this online option for the Genesis.
