Bad is too strong, but generic. Generic games, nothing that makes me go WOWZERS!!1! or to desire a Xbox over a PC, PS5 or Switch. They are really pushing their GamePass tho.

Actually, the franchise has so much scope that it can go in any direction, from comedy to full on horror and action. This fits perfectly (not saying something else wouldn’t either).

Famitsu is a joke since Umbrella Corps. garnered a whopping 36/40.
I know RE4 perfected the formula, but most things in it were already being done in other games. Particularly, I felt that Metal Gear Solid 3 was a much better action game than RE4 and it came just before it. This is my opinion, tho.
