It’s fine. Not all games are for everyone.
@Sonic Sorry. One bathroom for a “gigantic” mansion. The guard house has a few. But this just reiterares the mansion is not “realistically” designed. It’s just a glorified cover/deathtrap.
I wonder which mansions you’ve seen in real life designed like the Spencer Mansion. A big ass kitchen, a dining room and one bathroom... across the mansion or on a different building from where you eat. It’s a meme for a reason. It’s not grounded, because it does not need to be, it’s a g...
No bathrooms is hardly realistic. It’s a great set piece, atmospheric and beautiful, fueled by great music and ambience.
I miss Eternal Darkness dearly. ):
@roadkillers Chill. You made a point he offered a counterpoint, that's why we have replies.
It plays horribly. But the game itself is rather interesting. The story, setting and atmosphere was enough to make me push through some very bad gameplay design. That mermaid fight was one of the worst boss fights in history, ffs.
Mostly ambition. Although Tales usually do suffer from tone issues and weak writting (depends on the game, though, but something always seems to hold the story back).
Also, Destiny was one of the most succesful titles in the US, yet they refuse to release the Remake over here. Which basically tells us they are a bit clueless with the saga as well.
This is a brand new series, though.
Is this because Sony is planning to acquire Square?
Very indie. But looks cool!
They probably will launch it on consoles eventually.
There's a rumor going on that Square is about to become part of PlayStation Studios. Take that with a very big ole' pile of salt, though.
Wild Arms already has a remake! A bit subpar, IMO. But it's decent.
Plus, in the original, she sounds like her plan is to join Cloud to eventually steal all their stuff. Like she knows he is a big deal. Now it’s clear why.
@Fox Why Yuffie? Because they are adding to the conflict between Wutai and Midgar. Yuffie is a spy in Midgar and is after Materia. What does not make sense?
Unfortunately, it did nothing for me as well. Strange, as FF Tactics is one of my favorite games ever.
Unhappy with $$$, probably. Won't judge.
RE4 is not a "classic" RE title, though. RE1 through Code: Veronica are considered the "classics" (including Zero). Then the more action-y era kicked in with RE4 and ended in RE6. Now we are in the first-person era, I guess?
Because it's a sandbox shooter with a cool story and some super powers. Maybe this game just isn't for you, and that's ok.
Are you seriously saying that characters modeled after real women, actresses and models are less appealing than cartoons with eyes as big as fists, no noses, a line for a mouth just because bazongas?
