Really, Nintendo has until the end of the 2014 calendar year before they NEED to do a swan song. If sales increase considerably over the next 400 days or so, they'll be fine.
If they'd like to remain in the home hardware realm, they may need a new machine that 1ups Sony and Microsoft from a power standpoint. They'd probably make more money just developing games for Sony and Microsoft's systems, possibly even PC, then use that enhanced awareness to sell 3DS'...
It looks like those who reviewed the game expected a generic shooter campaign and got something they weren't anticipating and didn't enjoy what was presented. Anyone with an open mind seemed to rather enjoy the campaign, with a few exceptions I noticed on NeoGAF.

Indie = Independent...what Microsoft requires takes a chunk of the freedom away from that fact. Indies should be able to release to whichever audiences they wish to dedicate the time and energy (and finances) to reach, not be guided in a certain direction because that's what Big Brother wants. Unless of course they are being paid to do so. Which they are not.

I don't know what the exact policies are for monetization of trailers but if "ali-a" or anyone else is given access to a press package or press site for publishers like Activision, than they are literally allowed access to use that video along with screen shots and other materials. Any headset that is included with just about any product package should be replaced if you want better quality. If you're fine with a working headset that lets you voice chat and hear others voice chat, the PS4/XB1 headsets both work just fine.

I will say that from what I've seen of XB1's UI, it takes some practice to get the hang of but once you do it looks to me like that thing is amazingly streamlined. I'll have to try it myself to be sure and am surprised at how many complaints are out there about the thing when PS4's looks like little more than a faster, improved version of XMB itself.
24-man Warzones are there, they just opted to make the 14-man WZ's the "core" or "classic" mode.
I am a fan of Killzone. I love what GG does each time out. To be fair I barely touched KZ2 but loved KZ3 and the time I've spent with Shadow Fall has been an absolute joy, though limited in duration. Remember: Gaming is now the #1 entertainment industry in the world. It got this way while renting, trading, and buying used games was a "thing" and probably in no small part DUE to those policies. If used games hurt a company's bottom line because they are getting less revenue from their consumer base, they wouldn't have such a large consumer base to begin with without the used games industry.
