Fantastic, informed journalism. It stands out these days. Nice piece.
You REALLY believe more than 0.1% of people who use adblock do so because of malicious ads? No, those 99.9% are just trying to avoid ads without a second thought to anything but avoiding annoyances. Great rationalization though.
To be clear, to each their own. Wanna avoid pesky ads? I completely understand. But do so with integrity, not self deception.
32gb screams dev kit, to me.
Intelligent...articulate...imp assioned...but it reads like a disgruntled yelp review.
Here, let me help you: "Sony should do everything I want them to do in the order I want it, to the standard that I want it, or I will throw a fit."
There, now it's concise.
Here's hoping they take some inspiration into The Witcher 4. Not that 3 needed any. But imagine a Witcher game inspired by Fallout concepts. Gimme.
Right, but as Sony relinquishes their support for it, the money AVAILABLE to be made is limited and 3rd parties are hesitant to spend time/money on Vita game development for that reason.
I can't help but wonder if they grew the handheld wing of SCE, then there would be lots of money to be made. But we'll likely never know.
"Me too!"
Yeah...business company made a business decision. Those bastards.
Is this what we get for Sony and Steam (and even XBL) giving us such good deals for their sales and freebies? We're spoiled and get mad when a company tries to make more money off of us? Better stop spending money altogether then. Cuz the only reason MKX exists is because of that mighty, mighty dollar.
Keep an eye on me, I suppose. I'll post my reactions when the time comes. I am getting the game and I, too, got extremely annoyed with Demon's Souls and haven't touched either spiritual successor. But gonna give this one a whirl, see how it goes.
Loved U3's multiplayer, both PvP and Coop felt fresh, if a bit contrived. It was still fun and had it's own ins and outs. Never was quite sure if some of the advanced gameplay tactics weren't just depth-inducing bugs but they were still cool.
Here's hoping they evolve the formula a bit in U4, though. I really did enjoy the co-op maps in U3 so I hope the coop gets proper attention in the new game too.
How about NOT referring to it as "dumbing down?"
It's funny how fighting Templar legit is fun now, though. Played with some randoms earlier and had a blast with it. AN experienced team will fell him no problem still and I've yet to try Hard Mode with a legit team but the randoms I played HM Templar with managed to get him down pretty far with 5 29s. And they weren't even charging the relic right. Dude refused to hunt down Harpys or we could've had him, I think.
Anyways...back to earning our progress in the R...
My Thorn is useful in PvE now. :)
And yet I grew up WITHOUT all of this whining and complaining and yet...here we are. On the road that the past has paved.
My Pulse Rifle is pretty awesome, post patch.
I really can't argue with you here but I can say this: I bought Fallout 3 on PS3, buggy mess that it was, and it remains one of my favorite video games of all time despite getting stuck - literally stuck in rocks - multiple times and losing my progress.
Bugs, glitches, lack of optimization...these are real problems that seem to affect peoples' experiences with games. But they've never been a problem for me. I wouldn't condone this practice of "releasing a...
The next scandal in the video game tabloids.
Meanwhile, in my corner of the Earth...I still have fun with video games and don't bother bitching about my favorite past time. But I guess that's just me.
BUT CAN YOU FLY THEM!?
Dude...so many FF fans would rejoice if you could fly a fucking airship.
Magazine 7? Must be beastly per bullet.
At face value, this sounds like Guerrilla might be pre-empting some performance issues. Launch is still several months away so maybe I'm donning more tinfoil than is necessary. And anyways, GG has been nothing if not phenomenal at releasing/maintaining largely bug-free video games.
