What’s wrong with extraction shooters. I really don’t understand the negative reaction to them. With playing DMZ from late 2022 until 2024 it was a lot of fun.. met a lot of people who felt the same. Warzone wasn’t their cup of tea and DMZ fit the bill. It was a thrill going with your team fighting to get on the last exfil.
Now Call of Duty is filled with bunch of cheaters.. and I’m hoping another game can fill in the spot. I hopes for Battlefield and hopefully get to play Delta Fo...
I was a 90’s kid, to me it was the Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis along with my yellow GameBoy Color playing Pokémon Red and Gold. Late 90’s we got the N64. I was 10 when we got a PS2. Although that’s where my love for gaming grew. I still consider the 90’s to be retro for me..
Do y’all remember having your GameBoy link cables to play against someone in Pokémon or trade their pokémon. And the light and all the attachments lol.

I thought playing with both could be fun as she grew up with her dad. Nathan had Sully, and now his daughter is grown and following after her dad would seem to be in her blood. Some people could relate to father and daughter bond that’s all I was meaning.

I would like another Uncharted game. If it’s not Nathan it would make sense that his daughter could possibly be the next Drake. As a girl dad it would be nice to have both a father and daughter bond.
Where are the days where we could have both a really good story and a really fun multiplayer without sacrificing one of the two.. It doesn’t have to be a live service title to be multiplayer. I understand there’s a lot of work that goes into keeping up with it, but still.

Starhawk was fun. But longevity wise, Warhawk was a lot better. I played and beat Starhawk genius.. and I liked it even though it was a rushed through campaign.

Forget Starhawk, bring back Warhawk that was the best. Starhawk’s build and battle was fun but it wasn’t as fun as Warhawk.. either way Sony has a huge gap to fill..
Helldivers2 is the only thing remotely close and as fun as Warhawk.
The game was good.. definitely didn’t deserve the hate it got. Ok it’s not a FF7. It’s still a great title. Had a great story. I played it twice and best the DLC along with all the missions. It was fun until you done all you can do..
It’s what people do when they are losing. Point fingers and try to make it look like it’s not fair. It’s just Microsoft isn’t or wasn’t as good at negotiating as Sony was..
Sony was/ is more into IP’s and Microsoft is more into owning the people who create the IP’s.
You’re right at the end of that gen. Microsoft was more about pushing the Kinect trying to be mainstream like Nintendo. Sony doubled up and it was game after game coming to the PS3 at the end...
We all know game library wise, 360 was their finest moment.. Blue Dragon, Lost Oddyssey, Dead Rising, Crackdown, Gears of War. and Halo 3… and had timed exclusivity for games like Mass Effect, Bioshock, Lost Planet, and Oblivion.
GTA 4 had timed exclusive content, Call of Duty’s DLC maps were first on 360, every EA Sports game had the Microsoft logo at the need of each commercial.
What made Xbox 360 so successful was it being $200 cheaper than the 60GB PS3 at launc...
Those were the days. Every getting “pwned” and everyone had seemed to have a lot of aggression.
The gaming community was definitely hardcore.. people camping outside retail stores for the release of the PS3 and for games like Halo. Before the such thing of pre-order existed..
Y’all should’ve seen this site back in 2005-2009.. Along with IGN, Gamepro, 1up.. the message boards were definitely lit lol.. PS3/360 gen had by far the most hardcore fan base.
PS4 is going on 15 years and it’s still chugging along. Still has games being made for it too. With that being said PS5 is still doing well with having a huge PS4 base still available.
Been waiting to get this to play with my daughter.. she will be excited.

Well Yoshida can’t be too old because he has or going to started his own company. Not sure what will come of it though but that’s what he said when he left Sony last year.
I really don’t know why they ousted Shuhei Yoshida like that. If hind sight is 20/20 I think the board wouldn’t have let this happen.. major screw up for Sony..
I know they’re not the biggest publisher.. I’m just stating they would flourish being a big publisher being multiplatform as in future tense as in all their main titles being multi platform that could potentially make them one of the biggest publisher if not the biggest.
I seen this coming.. it was rumored since last year.. if Microsoft exits the hardware side, they will flourish being the biggest publisher.
I’m kind of curious how Steam will handle being in the console business.
I know Sony said they are considering raising prices.. Well as of yesterday China and the US lifted their tariffs standoff. At least for 90 days until they can agree on a trade deal that would benefit both parties. So with manufacturing in China and shipping them to the US I’m hoping it will not affect the prices.
Although I kind of doubt Sony will top 100 million since GTA 6 will be releasing next year by March. Could be wrong and I’ll be glad to be.
