That's true. I've noticed that most multi-platform developers don't like to comment on the abilities of each console for fear of pissing off part of their fanbase. Who can blame them. It seems biased first party devs are mostly the only ones that try to push one console or the other, and frankly their opinion can't be trusted.
That's true, Arnon. But then again you can get a 360 for less than $200 now so it is still much cheaper to get a 360. My roommate has a good PC that he allows me to play whenever I want and to be honest the difference really isn't that drastic to me. Mass Effect on PC didn't look that much better than the 360 version. It looks better don't get me wrong, but not to a point where it really changes the experience for me at all.
Correction: it's one way to go.
For me, I like the PS3/360 combination. It's more economical, there are few PC exclusives that seem to interest me and I wouldn't want to be without 360 exclusives like Halo 3, Tenchu Z, Gears of War 2, Fable 2, Alan Wake, Shadow Complex, Halo Reach, etc.
I find it silly that anybody would say that Final Fantasy XIII looks better than Mass Effect 2. That makes me laugh because it isn't even close. Mass Effect 2 looks a lot better. I play Final Fantasy games because I get a kick out of the stories and characters and the gameplay is kind of addictive in its own way. But sorry, the graphics aren't even close. You're biased. I own and love both consoles and I find the graphics on both consoles to be on par. I have Forza 3 and Gran Turismo Prologue and I don't think GT Prologue looks better. In some ways, yes, but in other ways Forza 3 looks better.
Well, obviously we need to wait until the full game is released before we can do any proper comparisons, but I have to say between this demo and Forza 3 I think Forza 3 looks better. Their lighting and car models look pretty comparable, but Forza 3 has better textures and environmental detail.

Halo 3 was great. It has the critical acclaim, the sales, and the following to prove it. Just because a very small minority of bitter gamers wants to cut it down means nothing.
RSX does not run at 550Mhz. It was original supposed to, but they changed it at the last moment. Do some reading on it. It's already been confirmed.

Everything you wrote was completely false. The 360 hardware isn't any older tech than the PS3's hardware. Moreover, it's easy to see that the two systems are basically on par with one another.
Heavy Rain does not look better than Alan Wake in my opinion. Alan Wake shows much better textures and lighting.

That is great to hear. I like the Fortress map and I think it was great that they added it for free, but there seem to be a lot of people that don't like it. Not to mention that they still need to fix the glitches that allow people to get inside the wall and shoot you when you can't shoot them. I hate cheaters.
