The only things they hear about is whats better and what the price is currently. Next would be who is selling more, but that would more be from popularity of whatever system.

It's because you're paranoid, this is my first NPD here I believe.
And no, this is not the usual difference. Last month the PS4 won by almost a 100K and the month before that was around 40K iirc.
They have only been this close once or twice, this might even be the smallest margin yet.

Bloodborne is not niche, niche titles don't hit top 10 two months in a row.

The Xbox One sold 187K, can't imagined the PS4 is too far behind that, we'll find out soon.
Yep, the show is a PlayStation game only. But, it still sold more on PS4.
It's selling way less than the GameCube.
It'll be lucky to hit 15M.
The GameCube was 23M or something like that.
