It doesn't even have ADS, that by default is quite a bit different from a combat perspective. Not sure Battlefield has Heroes either. But yea, it's a multiplayer game.
If such small differences make you feel this way than Halo should not be called Halo, Tomb Raider should not be called Tomb Raider and Uncharted should not be Uncharted. All of those series have taken on huge gameplay changes recently.

I'm not sure I believe him, no one else said anything about it. CDPR hasn't said anything about it and I trust them to be honest about it.

I'll give 2 facts about the Order 1886.
a) It didn't sell that well for a PS4 exclusive. It's not at a million sold, regardless of what Chartz says.
b) It sold more than Sunset Overdrive and Forza Horizon 2.

Actually frame rates and resolutions on PC require the hardware to run at high settings, which can get pretty expensive.
So it's not that simple, Rookie.
If there was an actual problem with the frame rate on PS4, I'm sure CDPR would have implemented a variable frame rate like on Xbox One.
Like many have said there is a Day 1 patch to fix performance issues, so they must have not felt a variable frame rate was needed.
The review copies seem to be the PS4 version on top of all that.
I've heard they are working on a Naval title.
They have made it pretty clear this a reboot of Battlefront, not a sequel to a game that came out 10+ years ago. Which is smart decision, 90% of the people who buy it will have never played the previous installments.
