It never hits 1080p during gameplay, that is not a dynamic resolution scaling between 1080p and 900p. The menus and video cut scenes hit 1080p, the game does not.
It's deceiving.
Companies should just make the menus 60fps and say the game is 60fps then.
It's not about the resolution of the game, it's about how deceiving it was talking about dynamic resolution when it basically breaks down to menus, video cut scenes and minor fluctuations indoor.
It never hits 1080p during gameplay.

Whatever though, don't let it stop you from enjoying the W3 on Xbox One.

It's the title screen and video cut scenes are all that is actually hitting 1080p.
The game is generally 900p, it's not much of a dynamic resolution.
Weekly or monthly in NA, maybe.
Overall meaning worldwide, absolutely not.
Let's keep in mind, the PS4 has not had a price drop yet, which it will later this year.
That will affect sales, more than an E3 presentation.

Is this a serious question? No they're not going to close a 10M+ hardware gap with their E3 presentation. I do expect them to have a good E3 though.

They seem to go down more often, but they always seem to be fixed quickly. It doesn't affect me much as I don't exclusively play multiplayer games, I usually have a single player game on the go and I'll just play that.
