What you dislike about the Order doesn't have anything to do with the fact it almost looks like CGI.
If Nintendo funded it they would.
But, I think they're currently working on Xbox One and PS4 on separate projects, so they wouldn't be able to take on another project yet.
This just reminded me how excited I am to see Quantic Dream's PS4 game. What they achieved on PS3 was pretty crazy, I could see their PS4 game getting pretty close to CGI.

The Xbox One is definitely more blurry. The PS4 is sharper, especially in the background.

Last generation the differences were way less than this generation and it was more about the architecture than anything, which is why PS3 exclusives looked better than 360 exclusives generally.
They both look good. But the PS4 is less blurry and has a better frame rate. The Xbox One seems to have a problem with stuttering, maybe it can be fixed with a patch.
Last year the Xbox One was $499, the PS4 and Wii U were the price they are at now.
